/u/fetusinmytummy used this one, and I know a couple other people have bought it and been happy.

Yes, I have a belly band post saved. Don't judge me :P

Thank you for posting this, I'm glad someone did since I've been wanting to discuss my solution. Amazon sells different catheters that also quality for Prime shipping (gotta save that money).

no those are the bella bands, I don't think they provide as much support. The ones I am going for are more like this it's supposed to provide super support for your abdominal muscles and your back post delivery and help your belly shrink to its pre-pregnancy size faster, they are also recommended after abdominal surgery (like a c-section, though they're still very useful for bellies after vaginal births) for extra support. The Bella-band is for during pregnancy, though I have a belly support right now (different brand) that I love, they are definitely a big help.

Oh WOW, you're having twins and a c-section? I'd feel pretty certain they'd give you one at the hospital, if only because it would be awfully uncomfortable without one. The one my hospital gave me was pretty similar (at least in appearance) to [this one] (http://www.amazon.com/Dale-Abdominal-Binder-Stretches-30-45/dp/B001K1L4PI/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1414617716&sr=8-14&keywords=postpartum+binder) or [this one] (http://www.amazon.com/Gabrialla-Breathable-Elastic-Abdominal-Binder/dp/B000WFR34O/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1414617851&sr=8-17&keywords=postpartum+binder). But I'd absolutely ask if that's something that they'd provide so you can prepare ahead if you need to.

I have one of these because I spend most of my work day on my feet. I think it helps, but it's definitely not comfy for sitting in.

I have one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Gabrialla-Maternity-Support-Strong-MEDIUM/dp/B000WFWN1W and it has been awesomely helpful. While you might be experiencing most of the pain in your groin, a big part of SPD is instability of the sacroiliac joints at the back of your pelvis. This belt really helps to stabilize them.

what about those weird hernia belts

would that help?

I bought this on sale for $20 from Target.com the other day, it has some very good reviews. I've heard good things about belts, too, like the bella band? But once again that might be a bit expensive, so my friend recommends this if you prefer velcro belts to girdles.
