This stuff works pretty well.
I used Barkeeper's Friend and a non-scratching Scotch-Brite sponge. Just noticed they have a special stove version... though the regular works for me. Can be picked up at Target, Walmart, etc.
Still easy to clean. https://www.amazon.com/Affresh-W11042470-Cleaning-Cooktop-Cleaner/dp/B071GPKB32/ref=sr_1_3?crid=ZAIJE3CVCNYX&keywords=afresh+cooktop+cleaner+kit&qid=1565363394&s=gateway&sprefix=afresh+%2Caps%2C185&sr=8-3
Apply thinly to dirty areas of cooktop, let dry, scrape off with a razor blade, scoop up dried product. Done. Takes 5 min or less if you do it after every few days of cooking. Honestly, I do mine every night while filling the dishwasher. By the time the dishwasher is filled and the pots & pans are washed--the surface is ready to scrape. Very easy. ;)
Do you mean a glass cooktop/stove?
Have you already tried the cleaner made for glass cooktops? Here in the US, they sell products like this, which are mildly abrasive but safe... that's what I'm wondering if you've already tried.
This is what you want. https://www.amazon.com/Cerama-Bryte-Glass-Ceramic-Cooktop-Cleaner/dp/B00009WC69
Do not use any hard scraping materials. Leave this on the surface for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash off with water. Repeat for tough baked on stuff.
I use a glass top, just don't drop your pan on it, you'll be fine. They're very easy to clean too. You can use a razor scraper for any badly burned on stuff, and this product will keep it clean well.
