I recommend a hardboot skate like the Seba FRX or Rollerblade twister. Hardboot skates are more supportive and durable, and 80mm wheels are the standard choice for all around skating (larger speed skate wheels are harder to balance, and smaller trick style wheels are too slow for traveling). Both of those are solid beginner skate choices.

I found this pair for 50$, I have no clue if its the type I am looking for though. Can I grind with them and are they suppose to have breaks?

The skates are the junior version, likely don't share much in common with the adult F6 aside from the removable liner.

They are excellent youth skates though.
