I cannot sing enough praises for my Magic Bag. I'll never not have one in my house. Microwave it and away you go. You can pick them up in the regular drug store. Only ever had to replace one because my mom stole it lol

For 15 years I tried everything. Nothing worked. Except this jacknobber II. 20 seconds in the morning and evening. just grind away on that arch. Worst case you're out $8. My theory is we just need to get new blood in there to hasten healing.

Theracanes are good but the pressure pointer is really key to self applied trigger point massage therapy. It allows your shoulders and back to remain loose and not engage those muscles while you work on them, using your legs to do the work instead.

The knobble is great for working on your arms, legs, neck and tops of shoulders. IMO both are essential.

There are little "heat" packs that are used for muscle therapy. When the material inside is a liquid, you squeeze the pack focusing on a "snap" disk. When that disk snaps, it sends a shockwave through the liquid causing it to get pretty hot. This also causes the liquid to become a solid. To revert it back to a liquid, you must boil the pack. It takes boiling water, not just hot water. The pack can be reused many times. I've had some for more than 5 years.

Not what I've used, but this'll give you an idea

That sounds awful! I hope they start to get better soon. Maybe you need some electric slippers. :D
