You're looking for pregnancy test strips. The difference being that you have to dip them in a cup of urine, rather than holding it in a stream.

Here's an option. Depending on how many you want, you could get them cheaper. Look around a bit to find the amount that works for you.

But if it ends up positive, you still have to go to the doc, get a confirmation, and then get a prescription of antibiotics. Seems easier to me to just go to the doc and pay the $50 co-pay. At best, I save $12. At worst, I lose $33 more than I needed to.
