'Course! The socks are these ones (which I know look sketchy, but either they're working well for me or I'm suffering from a damn good placebo effect). The watch is this one (or, sort of. the watch itself is the same, but it has a velcro strap -- which is unexpectedly super helpful), and the scrubs are these (top and bottom) -- they've got the right amount and placement of pockets, they're comfortable, they come in a buttload of colours.

>no one looks good in them, even the expensive branded ones

Just looked up Koi scrubs and it fits pretty good, maybe you're just used to seeing out of shape medical professionals?

BAM!

Or similar. I like this one.
So cheap I could almost justify buying a new one instead of washing it.

I don't know about tops, but I really, really like my Dickies Scrub pants. They're very comfortable, have held up for nearly a year with no sign of wearing down, clean easily, and can be worn in pretty much any situation. They don't really look too specifically like scrubs, so they're versatile.

As for tables, I have an oakworks table. It came with my tuition and it seems a decent quality. I like it, but haven't really shopped around for tables sense I feel more or less set for the moment.

It was actually pretty easy, since my mom used to work as a nurse practicioner she had a plethora of plain white lab coats to choose from. You could find one for cheap on Amazon here.
As for the green, I used a special dye called Rit Dye in a neon green shade, which you can get at Michael’s or here.
Relatively cheap options that give the optimal look.
Happy cosplaying!

Tall skinny male nursing student here. This is what I like. Otherwise just google “nursing scrub pants”.

I really like Cherokee Infinity Scrubs. They're not cheap but they're exactly what I want: 2 pockets on my thighs one of which has a loop for my carabineer scissors, 2 pockets on the shirt at hip level, and one pocket at the chest for pens. And I think they look sharp. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078J9HMM9/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_DtIZDb658BWPW

I wear these Cherokee scrub pants. They're a slightly stretchy sort of dry-fit fabric, and having a fly instead of straight up pajama pants is a plus.

Oops, I went to look for the specific product and I did buy men’s. They’re indistinguishable from unisex though.

Dickies Generation Flex Men's Youtility Scrubs

Just to add to this, since I've stuck with Dickie's in the past out of habit. I recently got their newer scrubs from the EDS line. They're well built and have a zipper fly, belt loops, and cargo pockets. However they do run smaller than some of their older scrub, especially the tops. The pants aren't quite as baggy. They're a different material, which I prefer. However, the colours will be off if you mix them with different cotton/polyester proportions.

Cherokee makes an unhemmed tall pant, they might be men's/unisex styles though. I think they were 36". Dickies also makes talls, men's and women's. These are my favorite pants, the dickies website lists the inseam as 34.5 but I actually had to hem the pants.

Shoes: I wear my Doc Martens. I have 3 pairs that I rotate through so they have time to breathe and reduce foot funk. Each pair has gel inserts (Dr Scholl's I think?).

Scrubs: I swear by my dickies for bottoms and tops. I've tried various brands, these are the ones I like best.

Stethoscope: I haven't needed more than the disposable ones on the unit in 5 years of behavioral health. Been in the ER for 6 months, think I've needed a good stethoscope 3 times (2 asthmatics, 3rd time for bowel sounds on an obstruction).

Edit: clarified statement to reflect needing more than disposable stethoscope
