I have to wholeheartedly recommend these ties made from recycled plastic. They look great and IMHO are the perfect size between skinny 2" and normal 3" ties. Granted, they aren't like "I'm a Senator" or "I work on Wall Street" level fancy ties, but they look nice and are only $15 bucks a piece.

Not exactly the same, but similar. There are a handful of that brand on Amazon if you want to search a little to see if something would work better.

I have one of these on my acoustic guitar and it gets a lot more compliments than the nice matched straps on my electric guitars.

Would make sure the ties match the color of the dresses and the vest matches the color of the jacket well enough in person.

Brown pants, white shirt collared (short and long sleeved), blue/brown stripe tie, blue wool tie, beard (shaggy), thick lens glasses with black rim and thick cloth safely strap, im contemplating a super short haircut. Its pretty long right now.

I have a job interview and own a charcoal suit (it is on the darker side) and am going to wear a white shirt under it. Kind of looks like this picture except for tie:
