This is just an example of places people commonly go wrong. I know I made these mistakes.

Here are the ones we had in my office, and they are 30 per tub. https://www.amazon.com/Coffee-Mate-Irish-Liquid-Creamer-Single/dp/B00CF61DDK#immersive-view_1569779512938

I'm sure there are different cals/macros on different flavors. But either way, it's not zero.

The largest bulk amount of liquid coffee creamer I could find online was this, $117.84 for 3x192 oz, or about $26.19 per gallon.

/u/dave42 added that he's sold 5 gallon bags to restaurants before, which came out to $35, or $7.00 per gallon.

Based on another google search, the average price for a pound of coffee is $6.50, and one pound of coffee can be used to make about 48 6-ounce cups of coffee, which is 2.25 gallons. That makes the price of coffee $2.89 per gallon.

I'm sure there's some variance as you look at commercial quantities and different qualities, but I would assume that creamer, generally, costs way more than coffee.

These are shelf-stable creamers. They need no refrigeration. So, a quick google search tells me that those single package creamers are UHT treated (= ultra high temperature treated / pasteurized) thus making them more or less sterile. Therefore they need not be refridgerated to slow down bacterial growth. And yes, they seem to be a normal dairy product instead of something else entirely.

The UHT processing, not to mention long shelf life can change the flavour a bit, however, but I have found them to be pretty decent for coffee on airplanes and such places.

Girl YES I had some of that in my coffee this morning with some 0carb creamer from Publix. I think the brand is Nut Pods. Not a fan of the name... but it's delicious and so much better tasting than almond milk in my coffee.

u/5secondmemory · 3 pointsr/whole30

Nut pods are the brand name of a non dairy creamer. They're made from almonds, cashews and have original, hazelnut and a few other flavors. Pricier than dairy creamer for sure but worth checking out.

On amazon: https://www.amazon.com/nutpods-Dairy-Free-Creamer-Unsweetened-Original/dp/B01ENL3PXA/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1520483701&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=nutpods&psc=1

u/CA1900 · 3 pointsr/Coffee

They are indeed, just Ultra High Temperature Pasteurized to kill the spores that would normally cause milk to spoil.

I prefer fresh of course, but the little pre-packaged tubs work great in a pinch. Keep in mind that both non-dairy creamer (yuck) and real half-and-half are available in these little packages, so make sure you're getting the right stuff.

A box of these is very handy to keep around: International Delight Coffeehouse Inspirations (They'll last about three months, so adjust your quantity appropriately.)

It gets way better! Generally My stomach is pretty messed up from medication but when I eat right with whole 30 I have no problems. For your coffee try Nut Pods As far as being hungry and feeling drained the first few days try to make sure you are eating enough and for our first dinner we always do steak, sweet potato and veggies. So filling and satisfying. Bring sweet potato to work to help with the energy slump and these RxBars help with that too. Nuts are also good to snack on. Eating healthy while doing a 12 hour shift was never easy but you just have to make time. You'll feel better after the first week. Hang in there!

I'm not dairy free, but low sugar, and use this for a lot of cooking substitutes. Nutpods

u/mama_la · 2 pointsr/whole30

Try Nutpods in any flavor they have! Whole30 approved & makes coffee taste as amazing as it can w/o sugar. nutpods Variety 3-Pack, Unsweetened Dairy-Free Creamer, Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Non-GMO & Vegan, for Coffee, Tea & Cooking, made from almond and coconut

I really like these: https://www.amazon.com/nutpods-Unsweetened-Dairy-Free-Creamer-Variety/dp/B01F2PYV20

They are unsweetened, which I think is great :)

u/athenahhhh · 2 pointsr/vegan

Have you tried nutpods? I've only tried the unflavored kind but really liked it!

These say they're non-dairy, and I've seen them at the grocery store. Might be worth a try.

I'm not sure where you're located but amazon sells these UHT creamers. Youre local grocery stores might have them as well.

u/forestcridder · 2 pointsr/camping

I just checked and this is available on amazon for those who are interested. Thanks. I may try this .

u/throwawayieruhyjvime · 2 pointsr/whole30

Thank you for this!!! Honestly, the thing I struggle with the most is no sugar or milk in my coffee. I LOVE my coffees and that little bit of sweetness is something I consistently look forward to. I'll definitely try this! (that said, is the oil necessary? Does it still taste good without it?)

Also, which Peptides powder do you use? This is the one I found, but I also see this creamer one.

u/kiltedgeek · 2 pointsr/Paleo

you can try MiminCream

u/stonecats · 2 pointsr/Coffee

i wonder what their secret is... ingredients list seems exactly like coffee mate powder which is at a fraction
of cremora's price. looking online cremora costs 3 times as much as coffee mate - which makes no sense.

I know its expensive, but it's so worth it. I buy Onnit from amazon, it lasts over a month for me and hubbins.

u/tonequality · 1 pointr/Cooking

Try Amazon. Bailey's has their own variety but there are also other brands. Or of course make your own, but omit the alcohol.

u/AcArk · 1 pointr/Paleo

I love Nutpods - kept seeing a bunch of paleo influencers post about it and gave it a try. Nutpods

u/bluewhale8 · 1 pointr/Vegan_Food

I like Nutpods original flavor. It's a combination of coconut and almond milk and is really creamy with no other flavor. I order it on Amazon and it's pricey but really good. ($14 for 4 small containers--https://smile.amazon.com/nutpods-Dairy-Free-Creamer-Unsweetened-Original/dp/B01ENL3PXA/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1500689476&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=Nutpods&th=1

u/givingsomefs · 1 pointr/whole30

I am on my third round and drink my coffee black now...but, prior to W30, I poured a ton of vanilla CoffeeMate in there. While just typing that still makes me salivate, I am fine with black coffee now. It definitely got easier after a few days. You might also consider ordering nutpods. They're a great W30 approved creamer.

u/PennyTrait · 1 pointr/ketoaustralia

What I want is to buy this and just pump it directly into my mouth, but that's not very keto friendly. They do have a sugar free version but I think it needs to be refrigerated.

I will buy some peppermint syrup to put in my coffee instead though.

How about those little cups of coffee creamer that you can leave at room temperature?

That sort of thing?
