There's this product from Startech. It actually worked very well for me, and yes, it does retain the same com port.

I don't think there is a direct cable, since you need a serial to USB converter. (It's not a miniUSB on the switch, it's RS232, just with miniUSB connector). I belive Brocade will ship USB-C to USB cables with ICX7150 series though.

So basically you need USB to RS-232 http://www.aten.com/global/en/products/mobility-&-usb/usb-converters/uc232a/

Then DBF9 to RJ45 https://www.amazon.com/Scs232-Serial-Adapter-RJ45f-Db9f/dp/B000067VFY

To which you can plug yout RJ45 to miniUSB cable

I've used 3 or so different pci and pcie parallel Port cards and they never seem to work with Mach 3. Not sure why but I've never had any success. I've had good success with this adapter though :
