They have some soy sauce rice crackers (see ingredient label in photos) that is amazing with the jalapeno pub cheese. The spicy/umami soy flavor goes really well with the jalapeno cheese.

Holy shit. I just looked up those Flackers on Amazon.ca and they don't seem to have any in stock themselves but there is one seller selling a 5oz bag of that same flavour for $300?! WTF?

Your cookies sound delicious. I don't see this recommendation, somehow but... stop buying them if you don't like the rate of consumption? or plan the consumption so you don't feel so bad. I have an issue eating handfuls of prunes (I'm not sorry) so I intentionally plan to not buy them 4/5 grocery trips then not feel bad on the 5th when I do and then inhale them.

Have you tried these root veggie chips? This might not help your cause because they are delicious but you might like the ingredients better. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014852HH6/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_Qfc4DbJDNQ1W2

Edit: Also these. I'm so sorry. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016CEEYKY/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_fpc4DbKY6AMWQ

Hawaiian Hurricane popcorn is specifically made by that company.

You can make a similar mix with a package of kettle corn popcorn, arare, and furikake. As for Kim chi powder, you're on your own. Maybe add a Korean dried ground hot pepper seasoning? Anyway, here's the rest of the ingredients:

If you can find arare (seasoned mochi rice cracker puffs aka mochi crunch or kaki mochi) locally, it's probably much cheaper, a few dollars for 4-5 servings per package.

Then you need furikake mix, specifically nori komi furikake. Or this brand's Aji nori furikake. I get a jar of this for less than $5 and it lasts a long time.

Make popcorn, sprinkle arare and furikake, any hot spice you want.

Good luck!

Bran flakes sound so good! I'll definitely try them. I never grew up eating cereal and kind of forget it exists. You're a genius.

I've been eating a lot of rice cake rolls from Aldi. For some reason, rice cakes and red meat are the only things that sound good at all. Very weird. I've had a diet of steak, gravy, and rice, rice cakes, tea, and nori for a few days now. It's super odd that those are the only things that don't make my stomach turn.

Apparently, my mom had terrible morning sickness her whole pregnancy (up to vomiting on the morning she went into labor, and having the whites of her eyes red for months because the vessels burst from being sick).

Sounds like I'm joining her club.

On the upside, if the blood vessel thing happens, a demon Halloween costume would be a breeze.

Beanfields - they are made from navy beans. The nacho cheese flavored ones are fantastic! High protein, high fiber.

They are usually between 2 and 4 dollars a bag at health food stores like Whole Foods or Sprouts. :)

Sorry to hear that OP :(

These baby rice crackers are aweeeesome when you need some bland carbs. I eat them whenever I have a nasty flu, and I steal them from my cousin's kids all the time because they're just good in general.

They're for babies, so they soften up really fast with your saliva so you don't really have to chew. Drink water though

Good luck OP

Popcorn, specifically the Boom Chicka Pop "slightly sweet." Had to forbid myself from buying them because I'd eat these whole large bags in 2 sittings. Also, those crunchy rice rolls (like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J7HXXGA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_74wKxbMCPB9XJ). I don't have a particular drink though. Mostly just drink a lot of water.
