Get a medium or high impact sport bra like this UnderArmour bra. The seams are not raised and hide under a t-shirt or two. I can flatten my boobs out for the gym with two of those. Also see Jenna Marbles for an example.

I feel you about caring. I sometimes feel a little boyish when I work out (muscles + pixie cut + flat boobs + ruler-ish shape from the front), which is a totally fine thing, I just prefer to look more feminine myself.

Anywho, I have this padded sports bra and it's the best! It's enough support for me to jog, lift, and jump rope. But it doesn't squish my boobs flat, and gives them a nice round shape.

I also have this one. It also has pads and I do like it, but it's slightly less comfortable and makes things a little more compressed.

I have anxiety symptoms and back problems that make most traditional binders (like GC2B) not work for me. Even these aren't an option for you, maybe they'll work for others that pass by. Here have been my best finds:

MetroGir Healthy Tomboy Undershirt for daily/work wear. Effectiveness/comfort may vary depending on chest shape? Gives decent masculine profile for me, especially under dress shirts. Bonus that I can unhook easily through fabric when the anxiety is bad. (Edit: Although this is a rare occurrence with these, usually I can get though a whole day perfectly fine/pain free with them - can't say the same for most bras.)

This UnderArmor sport bra for exercise. This one was my personal middle ground between minimizing but not claustrophobic.

Last, the T-Kingdom 811 is an actual binder, but one that generally doesn't exacerbate my issues like other designs have (and that includes two other models from this brand). This one is soft, silky, with more flex to it. Can also be worn partly or fully unzipped, which still gives basic coverage under clothes, and again for me is a nice backup bonus when the brain stuff isn't playing nice.

Agreed with the Amazon sales. Everytime I notice one at a good price I buy a pair (or two).

Looking it up, the String Bikini has some options available for $7 (might just be white?) Link!

Everyone says the Frog is amazing, so I would go with that. However, I've had really good success with this. I'm an A cup, for reference.

Under Armour

Personally I find the next size down comfortable enough to wear all day, and it gets me slightly flatter. YMMV though.
