If you want to stick with what looks like 2x2 framing, look into the TDS line they have their Mega 1000lb black rack with lat pull down for $420 new delivered https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LWR1F6P/ref=psdc_3408451_t3_B07C1QM2CM

I bought 2. For $76 shipped why not. I'll throw 1 on CL and make the $ back. Use my CC so I can always dispute the charge if it's a scam. Most likely a typo. Probably meant to list it at $298.99 which would still be a deal.

In regards to the cable options others have mentioned, this is currently in my Amazon wishlist. I'm aware I'll need to get a fabricator to get it to bolt to my T-3.

Why do the power rack yourself when you can get a steel one for cheaper than DIY? Titan has their racks on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WH5OEGC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_rrlvxb0PDA86F

This

Glad to know they've improved the quality. May the gains be with you.

I'm waiting on my tax return to buy this. I have the bench already and was very impressed with the quality. I'll probably pass on the pull down attachment.

I own this:

https://www.amazon.com/FITNESS-REALITY-810XLT-800lbs-Capacity/dp/B01N4I8FOY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496783376&sr=8-1&keywords=weight+cage

It's been great to me so far. I hope that the 800 lb. capacity becomes an issue for me some day. I really do.

I also bougt this dip attachment:

https://www.amazon.com/Dipping-Attachment-Power-Squat-Handles/dp/B01JMF2CVS/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1496783587&sr=8-9&keywords=dip+attachment

Works great with this rack even though it wasn't designed for it. Not going to lie, though, I did put a couple bags of cement on the back "feet" of the rack to reduce the shakiness when using the dip attachment.

Your link is no good in the USA. Assuming it's [this one[(https://www.amazon.com/Barbell-Power-Rack-Exercise-Stand/dp/B071LHCCG7) (ASIN B00HYQP72O) that should work OK. A simple doorway pull-up bar from which to hang the rings may be cheaper, though.

Previous response was pretty good but I would suggest you take a look at Titan fitness racks. Their x-3 racks are similar specs to rogue monster racks for half the price. Rogue accessories even fit on it.

The customer service is pretty good as well.

You don't want a pull up bar? Either of these work for you? If not you could search for outdoor pull up bar or free standing pull up bar.

Okay, ya'll have me convinced to go with a proper Yoke. My question now is if anyone has an opinion on the One Fit Wonder yoke by Fringe Sports or the Valor Fitness yoke? As petty as it is, I would prefer to not buy from Rogue if there are other options.

I bought this for my gym a while back. It is surprisingly sturdy.

u/RobWithOneB · 1 pointr/Fitness

This is what I've got. I haven't put the lower bars on.

u/dwkdnvr · 1 pointr/homegym

thanks for the link - looks perfect.

I'd definitely prefer to go with the Rep rack vs something like this from Titan, but I'll have to play with the layout a bit more to be sure. http://www.amazon.com/Squat-Safety-Spotter-Weight-Training/dp/B00U6TN9XU

If you were going to go that route I think this reebok power rack is a way better layout plus it has weight and bar storage for only $75 more. I almost went this route, the thing looks solid.
