There's a couple of things I have in my kit that I don't see mentioned, mostly medically focused.

Sutures. Good for closing wounds. Make sure to learn how to use them. I have these.

Steri-Strips. Same as above if you don't know how to prep a wound for closure.

Celox Blood Clotting Granule Applicator. I only have one of these but they're basically large syringes with a clotting agent that can stop the largest wounds from bleeding.

I've talked to my personal physician about putting together some RX meds for emergencies. He has written an RX for Cipro and some of the 'cillians but I don't purchase them using my insurance (lest they think I have some incurable disease!). They all fairly cheap anyway.

if that needle is for sutures, you may want to get a curved needle and some hemostats, maybe wrap things up in a bandana to keep it secure and it can help keep gauze covered or work as a sling. you got a good foundation though, not sure what other modules you have in your kit, but staying light is always smart. make sure to practice things though, things are usually trickier than the few images they post in guides and know how to do it in case you lose the guide.
