The Infoglobe. I bought one for my mom and grandma for like $40 each. I wish I had one for my self now so I could hack it and hook it up to my computer.
For Access Control... I was quoted at least $1,500 or more for two doors and a unit- And that didn't even connect/dump for timeclock reasons.
Honestly, I had decent success with a FPT-80 back in the day, but the software was "too complicated" for the Manager to figure out, so back to punchcards we went.
I still have it in the box (used about two months) if you're interested. Sell it to ya really cheap.

Makenology have one for $180. It's a lot less fancy though. I bought the previous model a few years back and have been very happy with it.
The glow of the tubes at night is a lot nicer than an LCD clock.
