Cervix to też szyja. Cervical vertebrae to kręgi szyjne, cervical spine to kręgosłup szyjny itd.

I wanted to add a few points to your great tips:

A) Amazon will have the extenders too and usually faster shipping than ebay.

B) Bulkheads on some carriers can be a bit tighter depending on whether they stick the entertainment console and tray on the side (no seatback in front). It' snot a lot but even fractions of inches can suck when flying a long time. Definitely check seatguru as others have suggested.

C) I'm 18/20 and I check seat comfort/width in my office chair. I take a tape measure, sit against the wall measure the space I have and use a deconstructred Amazon box to make that other barrier and get a feel for what the actual space will feel like. Sounds complicated, but I like to know before I fly what I'll feel like and whether I can stomach the cramped quarters. Like Emirates which was my last international carrier had 18 inch wide seats so I knew going in it'd be tight but not insurfferable unlike say American Airlines with its 16.2 inch wides seats that almost made me want to attack the air marshal so they could at least handcuff me and put me away in the crew sleeping cabin. Never again, American, never again.

D) I cannot recommend a FaceCradle enough. I slept for eight hours of my 14 hour flight. I'm talking deep sleep drooled on myself slept, not tossed like a salad sleep.

I'm also 6'5 and I bought this inflatable pillow for my last trip. You put it in your lap and brace it against the seat in front of you and the put your face in the hole on top and your arms through the holes in the side. It's not good sleep but it's the best sleep I've had in coach short of having a whole four seat row to stretch out across.

Do it!!!! Take advantage of this amazing opportunity. But take care of yourself.

I recently went on my first vacation since my accident and had the same worries and similar travel times. I did mounds of research (so many hours) on what to use to get more comfortable. Here are my top fave products. I used them all. All deflated or rolled super small and my husband loved them too. I didn’t look like a freak with too many airplane gadgets. Good luck!!!

Obligatory disclaimer: this is all my opinion, not trying to push products, I don’t benefit from this in any way.

butt cushion
neck pillow
multi use pillow thingy

If you’re looking for more stability then something like this might be good. Otherwise, a travel pillow with more structure might be better. I hope you find what you’re looking for!

Edit: I found this one that could be used for neck and back support

u/atllauren · 2 pointsr/CFBOffTopic

Almost every flight I get on, I bring a neck pillow. I have never once used said neck pillow, but I've carted it around the US with me.

I will need to sleep on my red eye to London, so realistically I will need said neck pillow. However, for some reason I am finding myself browsing Amazon for a new neck pillow even though I have one that's perfectly fine.

My brain: but this one rolls up.

Being a fellow side sleeper on deaths door, my guess is you need a better pillow:

https://www.amazon.com/Therm-Rest-Compressible-Backpacking-Airplanes/dp/B079TTRGKD

I know this is heresy on top of heresy on an ultralight forum, but the small didn't do it for me. Get the large one (maybe even xl) if no one is looking.

I don't have the genuine trtl but if this is correct, it seems like it would be better. The frame in the knockoff I had didn't have the ends that bend horizontally. It just had the vertical portions. The one at my chin didn't bother me too much, but the one at the back of my head was miserable.

Depends on the airline, but we ended up being able to buy and use one of these on our planes (window seat only) https://www.amazon.com/Airplane-Portable-Accessories-Inflatable-Airplanes/dp/B07F1TB7Y4

it's like an inflatable foot rest, but the one we got was 3 compartments and when all inflated matched up pretty well with the seat. Our daughter, 2yrs 10 months at the time conked right out, we brought a blanket and also an inflatable pillow (jackets work just fine too) and she curled up and slept for at least 6 hours on the flight. As for my wife and I.... different story.

I also had loads of netflix shows for her, and play things.

But, she also adores flying/traveling. You can see how proud she gets on planes and trains, so she travels well.

Description|Hey everyone! In preparation for my red eye flight in September, I’ve compiled a list of 12 tips to get you asleep on your next overnight flight. The goal is to have a full night sleep on the plane so I can enjoy my first day in Scotland without feeling too weird, tired and cranky. Plus, hopefully it’ll set me up for a mostly jet-lag free trip! I hope you find these tips helpful, and if you have any tips on your own I’d love to hear them!⤶⤶Things mentioned: ⤶⤶Disposable toothbrushes-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Colgate-Wisp-Fresh-Portable-Mini-Brush/dp/B00LMITRLM/ref=pd_aw_sim_194_1/140-4379758-0458968?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00LMITRLM&pd_rd_r=23968d21-7200-4dbb-9eb7-1a5fd687443b&pd_rd_w=RxTQF&pd_rd_wg=ZKAoX&pf_rd_p=469620d9-3e90-496d-9dc8-b19f900ba5fe&pf_rd_r=J4HPYSK9R2FHBQBGG42Z&refRID=J4HPYSK9R2FHBQBGG42Z⤶⤶Melatonin-⤶https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000GG6D9A/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1⤶⤶Travel pillow-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Everlasting-Comfort-Memory-Airplane-Earplugs/dp/B06WWFYCSG⤶⤶Travel blanket-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Cabeau-Fold-Travel-Blanket-Case/dp/B00LWAC1UE?th=1&psc=1⤶⤶Lavender filled sleeping mask-⤶https://www.etsy.com/listing/717378131/unavailable-from-813-823-sweet-dreams?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=lavender+sleeping+mask&ref=sc_gallery-1-1&plkey=c0a0bf5c81ffe58b82897ecbc371e9fcc3cabd7e%3A717378131&frs=1⤶⤶Compression socks-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Compression-Running-Athletic-Pregnancy-15-20mmHg/dp/B074MW1MTW/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?keywords=compression+socks&qid=1565214332&s=gateway&sr=8-6⤶⤶Anti-pressure ear plug-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Original-EarPlanes-Healthcare-Airplane-Protection/dp/B0000C1KT4⤶⤶No jet-lag supplement-⤶https://www.amazon.com/Miers-Labs-Homeopathic-Remedy-Count/dp/B00007KUX7/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=no+jet+lag&qid=1565214569&s=gateway&sr=8-3

My friends just got back from doing the Eastern Med with their toddler. They brought one of these types of inflatable travel ottomans to extend his plane seat into a mini bed, which gave him plenty of room to sleep.

Because anatomy isn't homogenous you fucking ape. I'm 6'4" and poor, so coach all day, and my knees rest basically where the tray table starts. Any recline goes directly into my knees.

When people recline, I ask them not too because it presses into my knees. And when they do it anyway, all I can do is position myself to maybe slide my foot under their chair into a less-pressured situation, but make it a point to grab the fuck out of the back of the chair to get up since I've been jimmied into a shitty leg-nook over your inability to invest $40 into a neck rest like everyone else.

Inconsiderate cunts.
