Yes, a quad multiplexor, four BNC T-connectors and some patch cables ought to do the trick. You simply split the video inputs from the four cameras you want on the mux, and you are all set

If the PC has the ability to show a quad-screen from those four cameras, full screen, then you could install a video card with analog video out (but those are rare these days). The issue would be if the PC were rebooted it might not stay in that video mode

Some cards used to have S-video out and of course newer video cards have HDMI out, that really does not help you either.

Doing the hardware mux is the best bet.

I guess you could split the 4 signals, run them into a multiplexer and send that signal out to the tv chan

I've never had to do something like this before, good luck.

TBS is selling animated lap-timing LED lit TIny-whoop gates.

the setup includes a TBS racetracker, and is expandable to more and/or larger gates.

Also has a bluetooth link for timing and and app for saving/storing/displaying the info

Its on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but its amazingly cool and easy to use.

its about $110 for 4 LED animated gates and the timing system w/bluetooth

BUT - to expand the system, you can use off the Shelf RGB LEDs(about $3/ft) for larger gates, OR additional gates at $4 each for the adaptor

For Video Feeds, its pricey if you exceed 4 pilots per heat -

if you keep it to 4 pilots you can use

and just grab 4x Video receivers.

Forget Hue. Get Texsens led strip. Comes with a built in WiFi receiver at bout 1/4 the cost. Also compatible with Alexa. Can personally vouch for it but Amazon gives is glowing reviews as well. With Phillips Hue you’re merely paying for the big name brand on the box...

What you are looking for is a multiplexer. However most multiplexers have an output that is a BNC connector, not a tv. You could buy this.

Before you make a decision, think of these questions: Do you want to monitor general comings and goings? Do you want to see faces, merchandise, crowds? Do you need an indoor and/or outdoor CCTV camera systems? Would you benefit from an IP network camera? Do you need a 1, 2, 8 or 16 camera system? What is your budget? Do you need wireless or wired cctv security systems? Wired cameras like this require video extension cables while wireless cameras like this is a cost-effective way of building a comprehensive surveillance system.
