I'm not sure how well this would work with a suit, but I have some runner friends who swear by these things. We live on the gulf coast and it's always dreadful outside for about half the year. They also make ones you can wrap around your neck, which could look silly with a suit but maybe be good for going to and from work?

Also, second the opinion to either try a different deodorant with less or no antiperspirant, or go the other direction with this certain dri (seriously follow the instructions but holy crap it works). I like the rollerball applicator, the liquid doesn't cause stains like some deodorant can (that happens more when bacteria grows in the sweat+deodorant).

These are moderately compact and help a lot in the heat. I haven't used one in WDW, but I do use it when I'm doing outdoorsy things in summer in Texas. If you really need one, maybe try a portable fan?

I like this towel by SYourself. I used to do hot power vinyasa daily, so these were good towels that threw into the wash very easily. They didn’t slide too much on me, but I only ever spread the towel out once my mat and I got sweaty. I’m also a fan of these Yogitoes by Manduka towels. They have little silicone dots on the bottom for extra grip.

Honestly....these towels.

They're the BEST for showering because they soak up anything and aren't heavy to lug around. I also like them on the fields because they're so compact and easy to bring in and also if you get them wet with water they'll cool you down so easily.

Also consider getting a cooling towel and a necklace fan. And wear a hat to keep the sun off your face.

I've always had a lot of luck with manduka yoga mats but I always put a towel on top of the mat to help with sweat resistance because I too slide around my mat. Yoga Paws have helped me alot! Here's a link if your interested. Also the yoga towel that I use it has corners that you can hook to your yoga mat so they don't slide or anything so hopefully those links well help :)

Amazon sells skidless towels that are a cheap replica of the Manduka ones that go for $40-60. I've had mine for about five years and they're still going strong https://www.amazon.com/Carrying-Fitness-Exercise-Machine-Washable/dp/B01H30FDHO/ref=sr_1_8?s=exercise-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1479172078&sr=1-8&keywords=yoga+towel

I bought these towels. And they work so well. I would just wash with your hands. And my gym actually offers soap in the shower so I don't even have to bring body wash. I try not wash my hair because it's very long. My gym also has two hair dryers so I just dry the roots really quick after the shower and I'm good to go.

Hang in there! I was diagnosed a year ago, and I definitely get lower back pain. Ice and heat both seem to help, I am learning from my body when to use which. I got something similar to this from my local CVS and it's PERFECT - https://www.amazon.com/Back-Gel-Pack-Wrap-Microwaveable/dp/B016ISQ6XW.

Diet is everything - I cut out caffeine (honestly it was hard but I feel so much better overall having done it), tomatoes, juice, anything with a lot of acid and I notice it helps. Carbonation seems to bother me too, so I cut out soda. It sounds awful but I make herbal iced teas and I found some great natural flavors on Etsy to add to water and I really don't miss soda. And I was a slave to Diet Coke most of my life!

For me, Uribel works really well for flares. It doesn't work for everyone, but I notice relief really fast with it - faster and more complete than Azo/pyridium. I am working my way towards Elmiron, but trying everything else first because three times a day sounds like something I'll be really bad at remembering to do. I know it takes awhile to start working, but it seems to help many so keep us posted!

Grab a cooling towel! It's essentially just a towel that you dip in the melted ice water of your cooler and then wring out. Stays really cold for a good 20 min but doesn't get you as wet as just putting a wet towel on yourself. Probably 2nd most important item (first being a canopy) for keeping me cool at the campsite.

Here's the one I've been using

  1. I wear under armour shorts
  2. There are lots of Yoga Mats out there. In my experience the towel matters way more than the mat. I like these towels.
  3. Probably. Studios can very in terms of facilities and just how they're run in general. Class can also be quite different based on the teacher, even though they are all giving the same dialogue. I prefer teachers that give very specific feedback.
  4. Diet can be very important - I've had Yoga classes where I basically felt like I was going to die, and the day before I had a lot of fried or trash food.
  5. Try not to drink too much right before class. Most of the time I try to stop drinking about 30 minutes before class, and then after class I usually try and get at least 32 oz within the first hour or so.
  6. Electrolytes also matter imo - I have been doing emergen-c's electrolytes mix, and like it just find. If I had more money I'd probably use nuun, Hi Lyte, or something like that.

To wash my face, I either just use my fingers or else I will use a konjac sponge or my Clarisonic. Then I use these cloths to wipe my face. Our sinks in this rental suck, so I can't just fill them and do a proper rinse, so I do best I can and then wet one of these to get any remaining soap. Then I use one of these yoga towels to dry. I just hold it to my face and press it slightly. I don't try to fully dry my skin off because I just don't need to unless I am going to be using acids after. I use one of the little cloths each time I do my routine, so two a day, and then the yoga towel I use one side in the morning and one at night and then wash them.

Consider using microfiber towels. Good luck! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VXTUO80/

Not actually what you're asking for specifically, but if your point is "I want a small, quick drying travel towel," I really love microfiber swim towels. I use them swimming, but yeah, they're really cool. They pack small, dry fast, and easily dry me off. Maybe that might work for you?
