Howdy! I just got my printer today so this is fresh in my mind. I watched a lot of videos to understand what I needed and how to get everything set up. I would recommend checking out the 3DPrintFarm YouTube channel. There's a lot of great info in there. Here's a list of everything I picked up along with links to Amazon for the items I got off there. Hope it helps!

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. I've got a small squirrel fan that I think is too weak but I'm going to try rigging it up. I'm using this to get a 4" output from the Photon:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2877754

Then I have a bunch of material similar to what you linked to for my Winix HEPA air filters for my home. I'm going to cut one of those down and use it. I was also debating getting some activated charcoal to put between two layers of the material you linked to. This is an example of the Winix filter -- comes with both a HEPA filter (white) and then black filters are the ones with carbon (not sure how much):

https://www.amazon.com/Winix-115115-Replacement-Filter-A/dp/B002QUZJAS

There are a bunch of sellers with generic versions of the above so likely other sources for it. Your eBay link looks good too though.

I also came across these filters with active carbon in them for cat litter boxes:

https://www.petsuppliesplus.com/shopping/Nature-s-Miracle-Odor-Control-Universal-Charcoal-Filter/3254

I might try those although I suspect my DIY filter with a sandwich of the black filter material with some activated charcoal from a fish/aquarium supply store will be better and I can swap out the activated charcoal to recharge it later. Here is an example of the activated charcoal looking at:

https://www.petsmart.com/fish/filters-and-pumps/filter-media/api-aquarium-activated-filter-carbon-16972.html

I realize you're in UK but I'm sure you have similar products to all of the above so might be some useful things to try?

My main goal is to see if I can get rid of any smell without spending the money for a 4" blower and the big exhaust can style carbon air filters. Those aren't that expensive but they take up space and I'd rather save the money if possible and keep things small and contained.

I am designing a printable strainer basket in order to build a two-bucket IPA wash station similar to the finishing station supplied with the Form2 and other similar midrange resin printers. My initial test object is a small 3in x 5in basket. Since the print volume of low end resin printers is very small and the usual object is even smaller, the objective is to use readily available and inexpensive food containers to reduce the total amount of IPA required.

The design is parametric, so if anyone wants a specific size basket I am happy to generate an STL for you to test. At minimum, please tell me the dimensions of the bottom of your container and the height you would like the handles to extend.

If anyone is willing to print and test, I would like to have feedback on the size of the honeycomb pattern, the depth of the basket, the strength of the handles, and the overall usability.

Turns out the USB is the most likely cuplrit here, because I switched it out and the print went great.

I switched out my USB for another one and re-leveled the bed too just using the standard procedure with paper. I ignored the unflattened bit for now because the prints come out fine, but I will be trying to fine tune it eventually.

The print turned out great, and everything worked as it should; switching the USB out seems to be the exact problem. However, because of all the failed prints, one of those bruises on the FEP turned out to be a very tiny hole that leaked some resin onto the LCD. I managed to get the LCD cleaned up, and was working on replacing the FEP when, of course, the allen wrench completely stripped one of the screws. So now I have to get a new vat because I can't get this one open anymore, lol

Also, pretty sure this is the exact model USB I used:

It's difficult to get the excess resin off of areas that have support. The surface tension causes it to pool.

I recommend getting an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. You can find them on amazon for around $20 USD. Fill the cleaner with isopropyl alcohol and let it vibrate for a few minutes. It will solve the problem.

Alternatively, you can try and scrub out the areas with a toothbrush, but I find that it takes to long and the results aren't as good as the ultrasonic cleaner.

EDIT: I just checked and they are actually closer to $40. I have this one and it works great.

I used this lamp to build my curing chamber. It's a cardboard box with foil and a hole in the top, super simple.

I just installed these inside my printer. So far, so good. I can keep the FEP and buildplate at a steady 75 degrees in a 45 degree garage.

I did have to FDM print an adapter to make it all fit. That's in a Mars. Not sure how it would fit in a Photon.

16' UV LED strip lining the inside walls of a big coffee can while my prints sit atop a solar turntable display stand.

I cure for 15 minutes for most stuff, but I haven't really futzed around with whether I should increase or decrease using the adage that "if ain't broke don't fix." 15 works for me.

This kind exactly. I have one with a wider base like this but it depends on which container you use.

For a quicker "brew" it probably makes sense to get a larger one. Not sure though about the model/size numbers like 2 or 4 (I think it means "cups")

This looks promising ..... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Verbatim-49160-MediaShare-Wireless-MicroSD/dp/B01GVZ56T2

Anyone got one ?

Edit - Just watched a video, this one doesn't turn off the wifi when it's plugged in so sounds like it might work, as long as the photon can read from it.

Just ordered one. I'll update here once I've tried it.

Anything metal has a very high chance of ripping /tearing the FEP film let alone scratching it, so it's best to use plastic scrapers.

I use
AllwayTools DS15 1.5 Inch 1-1/2" https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001B1CHH6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_nu5PCb6D4A91X

and haven't had any problems.

I do smoothon sells a mold release spray that I like but you can also use talcum powder. I also use a hotpot2 to melt and pour the metal

Another thought for a recommended 'mod' is something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lakeland-1-5L-Foil-Casserole-Dishes/dp/B00FGP0QQW under your printer. Vat failures are not common but if you get a vat failure you will thank me, resin doesn't clean completely out of carpet.
