Cool man. You wont be disappointed by the umbrella. I loved it. The OR helium isn't terribly expensive and is super nice and light jacket.
You'll see which bottles work the best with the sawyer. The aquafina 1 L bottles were nice because they are fat, and you could get more squeeze than the skinny smart water bottles. I carry two 1 liter aquafina bottles and a 2 liter bladder for long stretches or in camp.
I didn't have camera gear so i just had my phone to charge. It was a Samsung S5 so i had 2 extra interchangeable phone batteries that I charged in town and this charger. The solar panel barely did anything. I never used it. But the battery pack was nice and I could get a few charges out of it. I never ran out of battery in any stretch. I used my phone for music all day, pictures, and with Guthooks.
As for the gloves and pad, do what you'll be most comfortable with. It is nice to have some luxury items as long as you can deal with the weight.
Also, I'm jealous. Have fun. CDT is a beast.
I went through several banks before I found one that I liked.

One thing that I found to be a great feature was a 3 amp type c cord for my phone. It charges my phone from the bank really fast.
One thing I’m still looking for is a type c cable to charge the bank. I do have a 3 amp wall charger but the type c cord that came with my bank is junk. I think having the ability to recharge a bank fast or at least faster than it currently does would be great.
If anyone knows of a fast bank charging cord let me know. I’m not even certain that a type c bank charging cord is what I should be looking for. All I know is the type c bank to phone cord I have is really fast.
I ate a lot of freeze dried beans with instant rice on the trail. I used the foil bag a few times, keeping the unhydrated left over in a zip lock, and kept it in a cozy while rehydrating sometimes. I found I preferred to either put the bag in my jacket or sleeping bag when it was cold, when it wasn't cold it stayed too hot to eat so I would let it sit out to cool.
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. lol. I dont do anything with mine but stick it on my pack and by the end of the day I have a full 3300mah battery. here
