Steal a whole stack of blank gift cards from Walmart. I usually go for the birthday ones, wedding ones, because people load more to them. (Proven;). Now take em home and scratch the silver strip thingy and note all the numbers down. Pin, card number and barcode photo (just in case but I’ve never used the barcode)

Next go buy scratch off labels from amazon I promise this will be the best 6.98 you’ve ever spent.
Put the labels back on the gift cards, walk back into Walmart and put the cards back on the shelf.

Now just wait for someone to load them.
Then make a Walmart account using a throwaway email. Download the Walmart app and be sure to disable location permission on your phone(which ideally will be iPhone due to googles willingness to rat people out). Next add the cards since you noted the PIN and card number earlier.
Shopping spree time. Spend the balance online in the Walmart app or use Walmart pay in store.

Yeah, pure dumb luck mostly. I received a WASD key tester along with some stuff I ordered. It must have been accidentally packed by the picker which I'm sure happens a lot, but not predictably enough for it to be useful. Also received a free Dell laptop kind of in the same way. My friend ordered a Dell laptop, they sent him the wrong one, so they gave him a shipping label to return it which he did, then he received the correct laptop as well as the laptop he sent back. They make specific safety glasses for lasers, and for certain wavelengths of lasers. OP said 960nm laser, so these for example wouldn't cut it because they're advertised for 190nm-490nm. These say 200-1400nm so they would work. (those are just random examples, I wouldn't buy either pair from Amazon because the chances of getting a knock-off or counterfeit product would be too risky)

Just a little fox piss in the cowl vents under their wipers should do the trick, especially when they need to use their A/C or heater.

Change out the Ethernet cable so a quick disconnect switch (item 1) sits connected to it. Then hook up two servo motors (items 2A and 2B) to an Arduino micro controller (item 3). Program the Arduino to actuate the servos to disconnect the internet then turn it back on about 15 seconds later, program it to do this about every 10 minutes nonstop.
