The handles on the server chassis may get in the way. If it slides in, guess that be good enough. just won't be flush due to the screws holding the shelving in. I could look into swapping out the handles on the server chassis from 4u to like 1u or something, then it can become flush. This need 1u of free space on the bottoms of where the handles goes. I have come up with a list of parts.

I have that mounted on the window behind the rack where my miners are (spare bedroom upstairs). I leave the other window in that room open, and have this fan set to exhaust. It can pull a tremendous amount of air through that room. I have not been mining long enough to know how it will do in the summer, but if you think you can get by with a fan instead of AC, then this is the fan to get - don't waste money on those cheap plastic window fans sold at local stores, get this one and be done with it :-)

Mobo - Biostar Motherboard TB250-BTC

CPU - Intel 3.70 GHz Core i3-6100

Risers - Mailiya 6-Pack PCIe Dual Chip PCI-E 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Card w/ 60cm USB 3.0 Extension Cable & 6 Pin PCI-E to SATA Power Cable

PSU - Corsair AXi Series, AX1200i

On the motherboard, you can fiddle with all the BIOS settings regarding mining, etc. I got hung up because I chose "6 cards" for mining. It did a weird POST screen and wouldn't boot. I put it on "More than 6" and it works fine (even though I only have 6).

On the Power Supply, you can just get any PSUs or any 1200W. I did notice it was pulling just over 1000W the other night but I didn't check which algorithm it was doing. There is another Corsair 1200W for $50 less than mine. I don't know the difference, but it wasn't available when I ordered, so I just threw down for $300.

Good luck! Let me know if you run into trouble and I'll look at my settings or whatever.

I use outlet meter like this

that is most precise way to measure power, software solutions are not reliable

Something like this can connect to your wireless network and provide access then via the single Ethernet port. Connect that single port to a switch and voila.

The best way to deal with heat in my experience is to get it out of your house. To that end, I bought a 6" inline blower fan and some insulated 6" duct tubing. I placed the blower fan next to my PC, and it immediately sucks the hot air out of the case and shoves it out of my house.

I hooked up the tubing to an extra outlet vent I had in the house (which was an old furnace vent no longer in use). But you could also hook it up to your dryer vent or you could cut a new hole in your exterior walls, if you're serious about this business. Or you could just run it out your window?

I'm partial to the EVGA PSU's, suggest a 750w or higher, here is an example through [Amazon] (https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Modular-Warranty-220-G2-0750-XR/dp/B00IKDETOW) - Not a referral link, you can google prices across the web, this is only one example of what I use on my dual PSU setup.

My mining room in the basement stays cold af. I keep the small window open and the door closed. I use one of those temporary door sealers to keep the cold air in the room and not in the rest of my basement. My 1080 Tis run full blast and never get over about 60 degrees.

Just put one of these directly in front of your video cards. You'll probably need two for a 6+ GPU rig.
