If you're going to go the supplement route I recommend reading the book It Starts With the Egg. It goes through all the research on ways to improve egg (and sperm) quality.

The basic gist of the recommendations is:

  • CoQ10 probably helps but certainly won't hurt anything so probably give it a try. Take the ubiquinol form since it is more readily absorbed and utilized by the body. This applies to men also since research shows CoQ10 potentially increases both egg and sperm quality.

  • Take an antioxidant like Vitamin C or Vitamin E. Vitamin C is probably a little better. Another antioxidant you could potentially add is alpha lipoic acid but the research on it isn't quite as solid as the research for vitamin C. Like CoQ10 this applies to men also.

  • If you're doing IVF consider adding melatonin. Avoid melatonin for natural cycles. But do try to establish some good sleep habits. And try to spend some time in the sun. Both of these things help boost melatonin naturally.

  • Probably avoid royal jelly. There is no good evidence that it helps anything and there is evidence it may do more harm than good.

  • Prenatal vitamins are highly recommended. Men should take a multivitamin also for sperm quality.

It might sound crazy... but have you exfoliated your scalp? I mean, it doesn't have to be super expensive or anything. Just get some plain ol' sugar, mix with a little olive oil to make a paste (it won't make your scalp greasy, I swear!), and scrub away! Then rinse, and shampoo like usual. I do this about once a month just to get rid of any skin buildup. Cheap & easy!

You might also try to use hair products that don't have sulfites or parabens in them, by the way... those things are nasty to begin with, and people frequently develop allergies/intolerances to both. So like, avoid anything with sodium laurel sulfate or ammonium laureth sulfate, stuff like that. I've had to do this because I deal with eczema, but it's supposedly better for your hair & stuff. I just don't want my head to break out haha!

That said... have you switched prenatals? If you can order from Amazon, these are the best pills around: http://www.amazon.com/Rainbow-Light-Prenatal-Multivitamin-tablets/dp/B00115BJ30

They are crazy expensive, but they don't have any of the typical allergens that most pills have, like lactose or wheat byproducts or any of that other crap. I have a massively sensitive stomach and those are pretty much the only pills that don't wreak havoc in one way or another.

Firstly, I would read Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It goes over the basics (and more!) of charting your cycle so that you can tell when you are fertile. It will answer a lot of your questions. Even if you choose not to chart your temperature it'll give you a really good understanding of how your body works. It will also help you recognize when your cervical mucus indicates peak fertility. I would recommended charting though, it really helped my understand my inner workings and it's the only at-home way to confirm ovulation. If you decide to chart, have a look at Fertility Friend, an online charting app.

Wondfos are just a brand of cheap ovulation and pregnancy tests that can be bought via Amazon. They are really useful. I would definitely use them. The ovulation test strips (known as OPKs) here are often the easiest way to tell you're fertile. Here's a link.

Soft cups are disposable menstrual cups. Women use them after sex to keep semen as close as possible to the cervix for a longer period of time. Some women stay in bed with their hips elevated for the same reason. I can't comment on soft cups as I haven't used them.

Cough syrup is used to thin cervical mucus. This helps the sperm swim through it more easily. Usually, this is only used if your cervical mucus doesn't reach the fertile stage on it's own. Mucinex and Robitussin (the plain not the DM versions) are used. Honestly though, I wouldn't jump into using this stuff unless you've confirmed that you need it.

Another common aid here is PreSeed. It's a sperm-friendly lubricant that mimics your own fertile cervical fluids. Once again, you may not need this. Just remember that normal lube is not sperm friendly and can hurt your TTC chances.

My opinion is to try charting (temperature and cervical mucus) and OPKs. It's how I got my BFP quickly. I wouldn't bother with adding any extras just yet. Position and time of day don't matter. Although don't have sex more than once a day, it reduces sperm volume.

Good luck. If you have any questions, just ask.

u/brynnflynn · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

Absolutely! Honestly, if you're not a little worried about bringing a person into the world, then you're probably not ready. That's the way I've always felt about it.

As for getting ready, now is the perfect time to pick up a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility, a Mabis basal body thermometer, and to find a good pre-natal vitamin and DHA supplement. I personally use a combination of Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal and Nordic Naturals DHA. They work well for me, and I got my period right when I expected to after getting my IUD taken out and have been regular as clockwork since.

I would also recommend signing up for FertilityFriend; it's the most common app we're all using, and does a great job of helping you keep track of your cycles. You don't have to go all in on temping (and if you choose not to, don't worry about the thermometer), but I've found it to be so helpful to keep my expectations in check rather than clinging to hope that "Maybe this period is just implantation bleeding".

But in terms of priority, I would highly recommend you pick up TCoYF, and getting started on a good pre-natal. Hope to see you around!

u/uhohoh · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

Tested again today, still no LH surge. I've never been regular, so I'm going to keep testing every day until it shows up! If you're using expensive drug store type opks, I would highly recommend these: http://www.amazon.com/Combo-40-Ovulation-10-Pregnancy/dp/B001FYLNVU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1330829689&sr=8-1

There are no bells and whistles attached, but they're easy to use, and a super great deal. I don't feel guilty about testing twice a day (if I'm feeling antsy). Good luck to you!

u/KittenSmitten184 · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

Dan Savage says on his podcast to “fuck first.” Definitely wise advice but we are being really specific with our timing, so it made sense to have dinner first...tonight we will keep it much lighter!

Make sure you get the tablets with guaifenesin only. I got the extended release (12 hour) version. I’ve been taking them twice a day, but once a day will have an impact as well. I started taking them a couple of days before my expected O and I will continue through O day (today) and the day after. I noticed a difference in CM texture pretty much immediately! I bought them on Amazon (link) but there are generic versions as well. Best of luck this cycle!!

u/Sp00kyW0mb · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

Hi and welcome! There’s this really great link that might help you figure out what to do! I highly recommend It Starts with the Egg especially if you’re worried about age. It made me feel like I have slightly more control over the clock! And of course Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great resource as well. Don’t feel pressured to start off doing too much at first, the first few cycles should still be fun!

I hope your stay here is short and sweet❤️

u/arethafeatherbottom · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

I agree on the it may take longer than you think. Also we were kind of just going for it every month around when we "thought" I was ovulating, this is my first month of charting my BBT, using ovulation predictor kits, and using Fertility Friend and I REALLY wish I would have because now I have an idea of what my body is doing when.
Couple helpful links:

  • Fertility Friend They have an app too.
  • Thermometer
  • Ovulation Perdictor Kits You will have to get some little cups to dip the stick in, but temping plus using the OPK's really help you read your body and let you baby dance when the time is right.

    Good Luck!

LOVE these. They're a little bigger, but hands down the best I've ever taken. All vegan, so no lactose issues (you'd be amazed how much crap has lactose in it!), and they're really easy on my stomach. I'm not a vegan by any means, but when you have a sensitive stomach & every damn pill in the world has lactose in it for filler, you get excited for the little things. =)

u/MMQuiteContrary17 · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

Not an expert by any means, but I'll take a stab at your questions. OPKs can predict when you are ovulating, but can't confirm that ovulation occurred. You can confirm that ovulation occurred by temping and seeing a rise in your temp afterwards. In month 5 of temping and I've found it to be such a part of my routine now, I don't think about it too much. I don't stress so much about waking up at the EXACT time though because I found it was affecting my sleep. I generally get up around the same time and as long as I've gotten 5 hours of sleep, that's what I go with. I've purchased 3 thermometers and this is the one I like the best. It has memory, is back-lit, and takes it relatively quickly.

As far as BDing, it's my understanding that O-1 is kind of the holy grail of BDing, but not the end all to be all. O-2 and O are both good days too. I would say O+1 and +2 are less important, but since you are only going by OPKs they could actually be O and O+1 (or something like that) since ovulation can occur 12-24 (or is it 48?) hours. That's why temping is helpful, because he can confirm that you actually did ovulate then.

u/KiddoTwo · 3 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I think what makes a good vitamin is the one you can keep down that won't make you puke! ha!

Before my first pregnancy, I took Folate and Vitamin D. Once I got pregnant, I wanted prenatals from a good source, so I paid a premium, I really like these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005JAT3TU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1

I took prenatals through breastfeeding as well (it was recommended), so basically haven't stopped taking them as I'm TTC for #2 now.

u/BArCaSi · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

It's not currently available on Amazon, but this is the one I used: http://www.amazon.com/B-D-524560-Digital-Basal-Thermometer/dp/B0000533AY/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1410114783&sr=8-10&keywords=basal+thermometer

It only records to the tenth place, but I think for most people, that's all you would need. I also agree with WinningColors, as long as your thermometer is consistent, it doesn't necessarily need to be accurate. Are you able to detect ovulation on your charts? If not, you might try another thermometer in case that is the problem, but I'm guessing both the Vicks one you had, and your new one will both likely work. Also, not sure if it is relevant for you, but I had to temp vaginally, because I'm definitely a mouth breather (damn you, allergies!). That definitely made my temps more consistent. Anyway, good luck!

u/amyswithers · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

My best advice: Don't tell them. It's so much less stressful when you don't have someone jumping down your throat all the time when you may or may not get pregnant on the first try.

I take red raspberry supplements as well as this tea. Before using it I didn’t have a strong temp shift, the cycle I used it helped everything from steadier temps to better CM. Best of luck!

u/missxfebruary · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

The specific mechanism of action is a little over my head, but there are quite a few studies pointing to it improving issues related to PCOS- namely, reducing insulin resistance, similar to metformin. Here is one of the studies. I haven't been officially diagnosed with PCOS yet- I have an appointment on the 3rd- but based on symptoms (long cycles with heavy bleeding even when I did ovulate, a few very long anovulatory cycles, sore boobs all the time, constant random patches of EWCM whether ovulating or not, cramps at random times during my cycle, rapid weight gain that has been absolutely impossible to get back off despite counting calories) I suspect that I have it, so I decided to just live as if I do this cycle and see what happens. I needed a new prenatal anyway so I was super excited to find this one that has those supplements in it and save myself some money and taking a billion pills at a time! Link

I bought preseed online. But I think you can find it in a cvs/rite aid kind of store. Funny thing is I got the veterinary version because it was much cheaper. It actually says formerly known as pre-seed on the tube. Here:http://www.amazon.com/Therio-Gel-Fertility-Lubricant-3-6/dp/B00B0ZICQI#

I think the mucinex made a bigger difference. The mucinex was actually not mucinex brand. I found it in my grocery store - you just want guaifenesin as the active ingredient - nothing else. It was like 60 pills for $3 so definitely worth it.

Oh - and if you got you + today then you are definitely not out - you usually ovulate ~24 hours after your first positive and the egg survives for about 12 hours. So to be safe just BD a lot in the next 2 days.

I bought this one for $9+free shipping, and it's been great for me. It beeps once when you turn it on, beeps a few times when it's finished, and then beeps once again when you turn it off. It goes to the hundredths place, and keeps your last temp in memory.

So basically I set an alarm to wake up the same time every day, turn it on and stick it in my mouth. It is a little slow I guess, so I usually fall back asleep with it in my mouth but then the ready beep wakes me back up to take it out and turn it off. All the beeps makes it easy to know what I'm doing in the dark so I can just go back to sleep until I need to get up. Then when I get up I just check the last recorded temp (press and hold the on button) and record it.

I've been using it since the beginning of June and the batteries are still fine!

Sorry for the novel.. just wanted to be thorough :)

Happy to share! I used/am still using Emerita Pro-Gest (http://www.amazon.com/Emerita-Pro-Gest-Cream-tube-PACKAGING/dp/B000IMQE5U/). A quarter teaspoon twice a day. If you search for the word "pregnant" within the Amazon reviews there are lots of reviews from people who used it to conceive, in what dose, and for how long. Good luck!

He Skyped with us directly. I don’t know if he communicates directly with other providers other than receiving direct reports of tests. My wife’s GYN has been very helpful and has performed many of the tests Dr. David ordered without any issue. The tests he orders we were able to find physicians to perform them with us (fertility clinic for me to retest sperm counts, Radiologist for my wife’s Fallopian tube test, her GYN for her neoplasm and special antibody blood test, and a regular lab for the other blood tests).

He is located in NY. He was part of the original group years ago that created the IVF process but he left about 15/20 years ago as he was dissatisfied with the practice’s push towards IVF only instead of trying to discover the underlying causes of a couple’s infertility. He has a book out that my wife found very helpful and then she contacted his office.

The book is: Making Babies

His office contact is http://www.drsamidavidmd.com/contact

If you do meet with him, he does require you to send him your prior test results and he will go over them with you. He has a very prescribed program. I suggest starting with the book.

Our fingers are crossed. Now that we have things lining up, we’re hopeful we can get pregnant soon. If it doesn’t happen in the next two cycles, we will need to stimulate my wife’s follicles with a trigger shot, but at least we know what we do now! The unknown is becoming known!

I believe a lot of people have wondfos?

/r/TFABChartStalkers has a good intro post. It's okay to buy the thermometer, start temping, and learn how to "interpret" and refine things later. A wonderful place to start is doing it every other day around your fertile time (if I were you, I'd start up around CD15), and taking folic acid/prenatals.

And welcome! Hope your stay is short.

You may be interested in It Starts With the Egg for recommendations of supplements that would be helpful for you specifically.

You and your husband may also find Don’t Cook the Balls helpful. They have science backed articles about male fertility and what you can try to boost sperm health.

WTT for about 6 more months here. I just started Garden of Life. I'm glad that husband is super sweet when it comes to the various charting paraphernalia that I've purchased.

I had a LH of 6-9 days.. the first month i used Progesterone cream and vitamin B complex(100 mg) i had a LH of 13 days. Hope that helps :)

i knowwwwwwww. i need some serious funny friends and I feel like the majority of people I meet IRL are so serious. And thats something I could never joke about. I cant even mention Im TTC. Well thats more of a personal thing because people insist on thinking TTC means have sex once = pregnant. Plus, I had an ectopic last time and my husband told people so yeah don't want to deal with that again.

ugh now I know what you mean about the math problems. Ps- loved PEMDAS problems in school, dont ask why because I have no idea. But yeah its a friggen #s game over here. I shit you not this is what I feel like. i'm like let me check my temp, fertility score, okay its CD... Then I have to become full blown scientist and analyze my OPKs.

I havent used preseed this time around and I havent been putting my legs up either which makes me think I absolutely am forgetting something. When I got pregnant with my daughter (successful pregnancy) I used soft cups. Theyre similar to menstrual cups except theyre disposable,. People TTC use them to keep semen in and up close to the cervix for hours. Gonna be honest though I'm 99% sure I didnt use them when I got pregnant with my daughter. I was TTC 11 months (I think) last time and we had used them during that time. Im tempted to just put in my lunette though, not gonna lie. Im the same way though Im like 'its not even close to O...' -__- but then Ill start thinking about maybe O'ing earlier or sperm life and I'm like this. Btw, I was also watching a video on youtube about how to use the clearblue digital ovulation thing which I apparently did not understand before hand. Anyway, in the video its explaining that if you get no smiley it means you have a low fertility score for that day and its like JUST A REMINDER: HAVING SEX ON THESE DAYS IS JUST FOR FUN AND PROBABLY WONT GET YOU PREGNANT. Im like thanksssss dick!

I dont know if youre a fan of game of thrones but if you are then Ill just say that Im fully prepared to almost drown for my chance at the throne.

I bought this cheapie from Amazon

It's been working pretty good for the past ~5 months (when I started temping).

For period tracking, just enter the heaviness of your flow into the app the same way as other info. Tap on the date, choose your current happenings under "Period/Menses/Spotting".

Your body temps during your period and up until ovulation should be low (mine is usually 97 to 97.4), then once ovulation occurs til your next period it will be high (mine is usually 98 to 98.6).
Once you get your period (or a day or two before it), your temps will drop again and you're onto your next cycle.

Your temps will stay high and you wikl not get your period if you are pregnant (plus a positive pregnancy test :) ).

u/catchatorie · 3 pointsr/TryingForABaby

From what I've heard, nausea from prenatal vitamins is really common. I don't know if it's just that most women taking them are in the first trimester of pregnancy and naturally nauseous, or if there's something in prenatals that can upset stomachs more than other vitamins. FWIW, I have a really sensitive stomach (and get nauseous as part of my normal PMS symptoms) and I've had no problems taking Prenatal One vitamins.

Your temps look totally normal. It's very expected to have variations of 0.1-0.3 or more from day-to-day. Definitely no need to "preheat" the thermometer. The important thing is that you're able to pick out the pattern of a temp spike after ovulation. You want to see a rise of 0.2 or more above the previous 3 temps, that lasts for at least 3-5 days (really, it should last until AF shows up, 10 or more days).

There are some possible complications from a D&C, but it's more related to the ability for an embryo to implant, not for carrying to term. However, lots and lots of women have D&Cs, it's not considered a high-risk procedure. I'd say there's no need to worry until you've been TTC with no luck for at least 6 months, and your doctor would really be the right person to ask about that.

Finally, your sex drive issues could be psychological or hormonal. It could be related to PCOS causing hormonal issues, or even the paraguard removal. Again, I would worry too much until it's persisted for a much longer period of time. :)

Good luck, and welcome to TFAB!

u/La_plant · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

To echo what sjn123 said, it does not need to read to the hundredth place according to TCOYF. I use one that goes to the tenth place and have never had any uncertainty about when ovulation occurred. The one I use is great, was under $10 and seems plenty accurate. It is here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000533AY/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1#
but currently unavailable on Amazon.

I would say top things to look for:

-Light-up face so you can see the temp reading in the dark

-Beeping so you are sure it is working and know when it is done

-Should not be more than $10 - really it is a thermometer, shouldn't have too many bells and whistles beyond telling your temperature in my opinion.

u/aka_____ · 6 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I really like preseed. A little goes a long way so I only fill the tube to the first line.

Because of this, I still have a ton of product leftover by the time I've used all of the included single use applicators. Solved that problem by buying some additional applicators on Amazon. These are a perfect fit for the preseed tube.

We only use it during my fertile window for cost reasons.

u/1stTTC33 · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I can speak to Pre-Seed..I think I could get more than 9 uses out of it (just started using it this cycle). I use about 1/2 of what they recommend, and probably could use less. You can also use Pre-Seed like lubricant so you don't need to use an applicator. I like using the applicator because you can get the Pre-Seed right at the entrance of the cervix. I thought about washing and reusing applicators but decided not to because I didn't want to risk the chance of an infection during my FW! One other idea is maybe trying to buy some vaginal applicators online? https://www.amazon.com/Disposable-Applicators-Individually-Threaded-Contraceptive/dp/B0195C8I52/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1512047662&sr=8-3&keywords=vaginal+applicators

The most important thing with the Mucinex is to get the kind that’s ONLY guaifenesin (i.e.: without a decongestant). Here’s a link to the one I take: Mucinex 600mg Extended Release Tablets

DOSE: 1 tablet 1-2x/day, (12hrs apart if 2x).
Keep in mind, all the studies involving guaifenesin have been with 600mg 1x/day so that should be sufficient.

WHEN: I start at the beginning of my predicted FW (I use the Flo app to predict), usually CD 7/8 for me, and continue until the end of my FW (2 days past ovulation).

TI: Every other day at beginning of FW until 4 days before predicted ovulation then every day until FW is over.

NOTE: I wasn’t kidding about giving it to my partner too. He takes it 1x/day on the same days as me. Some studies show improvement to sperm motility for men taking guaifenesin soooooo why not lol.

u/snarry_shipper · 3 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I have this one and I set it to Celsius no problem :)

Edit: My cats got to mine but just knocked the button off the top. I just have to wedge my nail in there and it still works haha If I'm not successful this cycle I'll order another. I've been using it since December and haven't had any problems.

Double Edit: I just saw it's not available, sorry :( Maybe keep an eye out for it. It's also likely that others have the option of both C and F.

A lot of people suggest the Mabis. I use one similar to this one. I actually can't find mine on amazon any more, but it's nearly identical. I like the recall so I can just go right back to sleep after taking my temp, then log it later.

This is the at home test we used:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007N8FWB4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There's some reviews that say it isn't accurate, but it's actually really involved in doing it. We're definitely going to get a doctors test, in fact we have an appointment next Wednesday at Shady Grove to see what our options are.

u/zurie · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

CD34 and WTO still. I'm going to give vitex a try since my cycles have been so irregular, does anyone have experience (good or bad) with it? I ordered this prenatal because why not. I figured it won't hurt and it might help.

u/joie16 · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

We really like PreSeed even though I seem to have a good amount of CM. I was worried about MFI so we used a home test called SpermCheck. It only checks the quantity and not the quality but it was much easier than getting a SA. The labs in my area require a doctor's referral for SA and I wasn't sure how easily we could get one since we're only on cycle 3 (but 7-8 cycles of analyzing). I'm a bit wary about supplements so wanted to test first before asking DH to take FertilAid.

u/pandaplusbunny · 2 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I gotta be honest with you, I thought they'd be smaller, but I've never taken a standard prenatal. I have a little trouble with them because they're are a little bit wider than a standard Tylenol and I'm just a terrible pill-swallower lol

There's a good size comparison photo in the reviews on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Rainbow-Light-Prenatal-Petite-180-Count/dp/B002CPRLH6?th=1

u/bronzeandblush · 4 pointsr/TryingForABaby

I had the same experience. NOTHING has good reviews. I just got this one last week:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IRUUFAU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's pretty accurate, reads to .00, has a backlight, stores tons of temps, includes a programmable alarm, and it is super quiet. I had a CVS one previously and it stopped working after only 1.5 cycles.

u/dicotyledon · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

Yep! On Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000IMQE5U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This one has the highest concentration from what I could tell on Google. It is marketed to menopausal women I think.

u/NatashaTTC · 1 pointr/TryingForABaby

Just to add onto this, while you don't need to lay down for an hour (and shouldn't without peeing), if it would make you feel better you can insert a softcup to keep semen close to your cervix while you go about your day.

Well I am in India so I bought it off healthkart.com a local site. But it's available on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/FertiliTea-Natural-Fertility-Tea-Blend/dp/B0006SFQGO/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Not what you were asking... but have you looked into getting Wondfos on Amazon? I was able to get a combo pack of Wondfo OPKs and HPTs for really cheap.

I have my eye on this one MPLUS Digital Basal Thermometer for next cycle if I need it. I didn't know they had accuracy stated in the specs, but after looking, this one says Accuracy ±0.05℉ (±0.05℃). I think what other people said are correct though, I wouldn't worry about accuracy as much as consistency.

This is the exact thermometer I bought (I've been temping for a while, so I bought it three years ago and it's not available any longer). I believe this is the new version of it.

I wouldn't say wetter. It is thicker than typical lube and is meant to mimic EWCM, which allows sperm to do their business.

As for application, attempt to get it inside you. Some even include applicators.

Someone on TFAB a couple months back found the veterinary version of pre-seed. Same formula, but for $4.00 a bottle instead of $20.

Edited to add: FOUND IT! It's called TherioGel and it's $8 instead of 20.

Tons of water, green tea and the Guaifenesin-only Mucinex during your fertile window.

Have any of you guys tried fertilitea?

I remember my wife saying something about it at one point.

Alcohol wipes

Just put it in

No, though I only started temping on CD5 of each cycle because by then I have a light flow. It's a personal preference if you want to temp through your period or not.

Yes. The thermometer I have beeps while it's taking your temp and then it beeps 4 times when it's done.

If it's a BBT thermometer, you can use it vaginally.

On one of my cycles, I switched mid cycle to vaginal temping (right before I O'd too). All I did was make daily notes that it was a vaginal temp.

Remember, the individual data isn't really important. It's your chart as a whole. You may find that your temps are a lot more consistent with vaginal temping as less factors affect vaginal temps vs oral temps.

This is what I use.

This is a similar version.
