Around 2005 I bought the Razer Diamondback Plasma Limited Edition.

It was rather expensive but there wasn't much going on the gaming peripherals at the time, razer being probably one of the best. It still works until this day, although it has developed a slight connection issue on the USB connector. I'm pretty sure if I just replace the connector it would be good to go again. Bottom line, was a beast.

Years later I got their keyboard (a membrane one, can't remember which) and the deathadder chroma. Both failed a few months in. Especially the mouse, it felt like cheap plastic, same kind my 2€ mouse from China is made of, except it costed nearly 100. Left button stopped working and had to be returned. Meanwhile, I already had a Logitech g502. It's been around for a few years now and it's still my daily driver. Bought the g413 keyboard a few months ago and it hasn't got any stuck key like the Razer. Synapse software also sucks, it crashed a lot, especially in the heatmap feature, it was constantly asking me my login credentials and it was probably poorly optimized considering how heavy it seemed. Logitech software is pretty decent, I can't find anything wrong with it. It's full of features and you never even know it's there until you need it. I can't remember it crashing.

Razer had the chance but lost me to Logitech.

As the Warframes are near-human-looking constructs, start your drawing by learning how to draw a correct human form first, especially the body musculature. You should not need to invest in learning a proper rendering of human facial structure if it bothers you since it won't be used for a Warframe concept anyway (and to tell you the truth, a rendering of human facial expression is one of the hardest subject to master).

This book is one of the very good source for that. I highly recommend it if you have that inkling of desire to start learning to draw human anatomy for artistic purposes.

There are also a lot of online courses for human figure drawing. Free tutorials on Youtube and sites like DA are mostly fine too. Just remember that at the beginning you don't want to delve too much into the artistic aspect of drawing; get your basic / technicalities firm first then you can start being creative on your own.

Draw a naked human figure in a neutral or T-Pose as the base and put a lot of emphasis on the correct musculature (since the Warframes are usually lean and muscular). Do it three times each on a different camera shot: one for the frontal shot, profile shot, and rear shot. If it's done, start adding the skin or armor of your Warframe concept on that figure.

You could draw additional, a more detailed (close up) shot on complex things you need to explain more such as the details on the fingers, the gauntlet armors, the head armors, etc; but get the overall shot of your Warframe concept clear and right first before dwelling too much on the individual parts details.

One of the good rule of thumb of character design is if you could identify the character in a silhouette, it is a good design. Think about Mario in his signature jump pose, Megaman X while shooting his X-Buster, Ryu while doing Shoryuken, Superman in his flight pose, or other signature characters, and then think whether you could easily identify them even if they were just a silhouette.

People who play without sound instead of buying headphones. Look, I get it, you don't want to disturb your neighbors or your roommates (or you really prefer your music), but playing without any sound is seriously gimping yourself and communication with your squad. Sound helps you track Kuva in siphon missions, identify the position of incoming threats, and even identify which assassin is about to invade (Stalker's sound is very distinct).

Even if you don't have a lot of money for a nice headset, at least go out and buy a set of Koss KSC75 (these things are really solid for cheap headphones). Your teammates will appreciate it and you'll enjoy the benefits of proper stereo sound in your games.

Napkin math:

https://www.amazon.ca/Lindt-Lindor-Truffles-Assorted-Truffle/dp/B00PNGAJCK/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1493145164&sr=8-9&keywords=lindt

100 of those is CDN145 after shipping. * 50 = CDN 7250. => £4166, or USD$5343.

I've no idea what kind of hit rate one gets on neat crowdfunding ideas like this, but split 100 ways that's £40 each. That'd, I hope, be feasible...?

EDIT: I'd hope that one could get a better bulk deal than just mass shopping on Amazon, I have to admit, but that's napkin math for you.

DOUBLE-EDIT: Raffaello, https://www.amazon.ca/Ferrero-Rocher-Raffaello-Carton-Pieces/dp/B000LQNBCM/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1493146224&sr=1-1&keywords=raffaello - 150g is 15 of them - https://www.amazon.ca/Ferrero-Raffaello-240g/dp/B01D6D6254/ref=sr_1_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1493146224&sr=1-2&keywords=raffaello 240g would be 24 of them - 209 boxes - x 21.30CDN = 4451 CDN = USD 3280ish = GBP 2560 approx.

Raffaello are fucking tasty, and might be more workable from price too. Also, bonus, they're more of a pain in the arse to unwrap :D

This is a great small-shop handbook

https://www.amazon.com/Practical-Casting-Studio-Reference-Revised/dp/096159845X

I work in jewelry/metalsmithing and do a ton of casting, and they look pretty good! I wasn't trying to be critical, only offering to help a tenno out :)

GOOD IF YOU LIKE "EPISODIC" STORIES RATHER THAN EPICS. I ACTUALLY LIKE THE FURY SERIES BETTER THAN DRESDEN.

This looks like you just looked at a reference image of Ash and drew what you saw. The character looks distorted, as a result, because you really shouldn't draw that way.

You should frame out the body parts, using simple placeholder shapes (mostly ovals) and study other images of the character to get the details. There are parts here where it would seem that the reference was too dark and you just kind of scribbled to show shadow where detail should actually exist.

Even if you are only a hobbyist, you should grab a copy of Figure Drawing for All It's Worth and actually use the principles in that book. It will help even simple sketches to look amazing, if you get it down.

We weren't meant to be copy machines. You'll be a much better artist if you get away from that.

You can try and use something like this so you don't have to run on integrated graphics

Here you go. Just dip it in milk and you've got milk chocolate!

Except that first it involved an incredibly daring bit of espionage to steal the plant and the secrets of fermenting black tea from the Chinese, who were controlling it. It'd require a spy sortie at least.

The story itself is wild:

No the drop isn't broken. Here, this should help.

PS4 at least doesn't have the invite option, unless it's hidden else where. In the context menu for a chat there's every option but that, it's kind of weird because that's probably the most used feature... I've been looking into KVM switches to swap my keyboard from PC to PS4 for pure sanity lol. I'm leaning towards this: https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-One-Button-Swapping-Between-Computers/dp/B006Z0Q2SI/

So I'd just have to hit a button to go from PC to PS4 mode. I have 4 displays in my setup and the PS4 is the only one that doesn't play nice.

Brian Lumly has a series of Lovecraftian collections—centered around a character named Titus Crow—that are pretty decent.

Matt Ruff’s Lovecraft Country is excellent, though it uses chthonic terrors more as a lens to view racial and social injustice, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

If you live in an old house the wiring could be sending dirty power to your system and it skips some data while at full tilt because of it, leading to a crash.

If all other things you try don't fix it, you can get a UPS with voltage regulation (some don't do voltage regulation so double check). Or just go with a straight voltage regulator where you don't have to worry about a battery going bad in two or three years. https://www.amazon.com/APC-LE1200-Automatic-Voltage-Regulator/dp/B00009RA60

Any type of over clocking, even if the parts are rated for it, make a system more susceptible to crashing from even slightly dirty power.

The power could also become dirty from chineseium products or other cheap high draw devices. Some cheap LED bulbs can be really noisy.

Edit- a new power supply could be a fix, but it would get worn down the same as the current one if the problem is dirty power.
