Well, looking through the WoW subreddit to get some help here(seen lots of people asking for laptop recommendations lately as the new expac Legion is coming out, and is a bit of a step up in requirements! but these should all still be able to run ESO pretty well, unsure about ultra, but it'll run on medium or high :) ) so This, this and this are three pretty decent looking laptops coming from those various discussions over the months. I'd also recommend /r/suggestalaptop for more help on the matter :) hope this helps!

The Intel HD 520 graphics will significantly hold you back. If you want to crank the graphics up you will need a dedicated graphics card instead of an integrated card.

I imagine it would run the game at low settings but not very well. Honestly I just looked up the Thinkpad T560 and for the price it costs you could buy an ASUS Republic of Gamers laptop for the same price, with a better processor, 2gb dedicated graphics card, and 16GB RAM. You would be able to run ESO on High settings above 30 FPS. I have a 3 year old Asus ROG laptop and play on High settings with shadows on medium and water reflections turned down and run 30-60 fps depending on the area. You just aren't going to get a good experience with an integrated graphics card, so for the price you would be paying why not get a gaming laptop with better specs?

So you put the disc in, let the game download/update, and now when you try to launch it's saying that you need to buy the game? There was no codes at all in the box?


Do you have PS+ active subscription by the way? It's required for this game I believe.

That's the exact one i used. A little smaller than what the recipe calls for but works pretty well

Cooling pads are more or less a requirement for gaming laptops for gaming. I know the laptop itself is built specially to cool itself, but a lot of the time, it's just not enough. =/

It can't hurt to get one though. If nothing else, you are prolonging the life of your investment.

I use a SteelSeries mouse (yeah, I know). Works so great I feel crippled without it. But now I’m curious about this Razer Hex; I wish I could try someone's before buying…

A keyboard is almost required imo if you want to have conversations with people past "gg"

I like this one because it's thin and light weight, and there are other applications on PS4 where the touch pad can be used handily

I dont have the box set but I have book one; want to get the blue one next! You can also search on Amazon or Ebay for the collector’s edition books. I recently got the one from The Imperial Edition.

If you were on the fence like I was, this might convince you to go ahead and pick it up. There's also a Skyrim book they're releasing in June with the same savings.

Are you buying to collect it or use it? You don't need to spend any money to learn stuff about this game. No guide is worth it.

Would a trackball mouse help? Not sure what his disability is, so that might not be a solution at all, but these mice may not require as big of movements for him to use.

Instead of a keyboard you could try using a Razor Nostromo so you can keep moving with just your thumb.

Oh okay, so their is nothing that is going to keep cities especially with massive amounts of people around over 25-30 FPS? I usually have no problems in outside areas with everything on high except shadows (Those are at Medium), all settings on and view distance at 40, with hitting 30-40 FPS consistently.
