I bought some screen protector on Amazon and it has worked well so far. I'm pretty clumsy so my HR gets some hits every once in a while, and I still haven't had to change the first protector I put on. If you follow the instructions, they're pretty straight forward to apply.

My teal flex bands discolored like that too over time... at first, rubbing alcohol helped, but after a while I just had to buy new bands. I got these textured ones on amazon and love them.

If the Inspire is anything like the Fitbit One, you can buy a keychain to hold it as well. I use this with the Fitbit one:

Literally any of those USB wall outlet chargers will work. I've never charged mine with a computer, ever.

Something like this works great. I'm able to charge my fitbit/phone/tablet all at once. And at airports, you can share with other people.

Make sure you travel with a compatible travel adapter for electricity though.

That’s not actually a Fitbit, looks like a generic brand, but judging by how close it looks it a Fitbit Charge, I wouldn’t be surprised if the charger for that would work. No promises, but it’s possible this MIGHT work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S9QXU0O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_bSeSBbHCAK3D2

What about a mall? What about a mask and some extra layers?

I am
(was? it's been almost gone since I lost so much weight) asthmatic and cold air has always been one of my triggers. When we got hit with the first windchill under freezing I bought us balaclava masks ($15 or so at Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S0YA5GM/) and they helped immensely, they keep my head and neck very warm and they breathe really well. Plus they can be worn with or without covering the mouth and nose.

I also started experimenting with the clothing. I got thermal pants, these have been great in sub zero with just a windbreaker pant worn over. For the top I stopped wearing my parka and switched to wearing two pairs of long sleeve stay dry shirts over one short sleeve shirt of the same material. I am now even running wearing these, just this morning I was more concerned about the ice patches than I was about being able to breathe when it was so damn cold.

I will update as soon as my Alta arrives, but in the reviews, people have said that they wear it on their charge, so it must stretch fairly well.

Ideally you should use something like this.

http://www.amazon.com/SE-7924LP-Heavy-Duty-Leather-Punch/dp/B000NK5VY2

might have to make 2 holes side by side. if you Cut the rubber, it will continue to rip along that cut and tear. If you use a hole punch you are creating a round hole and it has no place to tear.

If you have a farm store or hardware store close by where you live they might have one on the shelf.

This is my brother's old FB Charge. He got a new one per warranty (other problem that I fixed with super glue) and I took his old one. It is a large band, and I would most defiantly be a small, so I have to wear it on the smallest size.

However, when I do that, the prong gets stuck in this last 'thing' (can't even think of a name lol). I have been looking at these on Amazon and thinking it may work.

I cannot sent it in for warranty because it already has been done. So, just wanted to see if there were any ideas for an at-home fix of this problem. Thanks!!

If you watch amazon, the price does vary quite a lot. I managed to pick both of mine up for £69 each in december 2015.

I've seen some on Amazon! Maybe check there?

This one covers the whole thing, but it does look bulky : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S74IFV2/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_zqH8wbNQQW4C1

If you track your food in MyFitnessPal (free phone app), it'll track carbs for you in one of the columns. You can even sync the Fitbit to it for exercise calorie tracking.

Partial screenshot of this here.

I recommend a digital read-out food scale to weigh foods on for total carb accuracy. You can get them at Wal-mart too for $20-$30.

use contact adhesive, it stinks but it works. dont use too much as it doesn't look pretty either.
