Ordering this was one of the dumbest purchases I've made on Amazon. Since then the ratings had dropped significantly, but a year ago it looked like a good idea. POS was falling apart in a month.

I ended up getting the Belkin Slim Fit using Amazon Price Match at Best Buy. It's a snug fit on the phone, you definitely have to take the phone out of whatever case you're using, but I like it, and it still holds well.

what I would get is something like this battery pack. I have an older one, and they work great. that battery pack will probably recharge your phone fully about 5 times from one charge. and you can charge multiple devices with something like that because of the 3 USB ports. that's the solution I go with because I have more than one device and the charger is useful for everything.

I bought a cord off amazon that connects to an HDMI port. I also needed to get an adapter. The two things together cost like $32 and work like a charm.

*Edited to correctly add prices of something that costs $12 with something that costs $20. wow, mornings.

I have this one and it's been pretty great. Granted, I might not see any degradation and you might. But, for me, it's been fine and I can't tell any difference in the screen quality at all.

This is what I ordered. I am more than happy with it....the clip is effective, and easy to slip out of to put the phone into the car dock that I bought.

This is what I'm rocking and its awesome. Very thin and the holster is great for the gym if you want to use it.

Edit: not thaaaat light - but the weight of the phone is very nice still.

I use these when I'm out and about and these when I'm at home. Turns out I can get the first pair to fit if I press down firmly and it sort of "locks" the headphones in place. Not surprised about the Grados not fitting, the jack on those is quite large, but I pretty much just use those at home so no big deal there. Might be able to keep the case without messing with it after all. I'll just have to give it a real-world test run to make sure my headphones stay in place when I'm actually moving around.

EDIT: Headphone cutout diameter is about 7mm for anyone worried about this issue.

That is what I'm worried about. I will buy a sticky suction pad if necessary, but I hope i don't need it.
Also added these to the total order:

Here's a write up for another phone, same basic principles apply. Here are some pics of the final product (sorry it's blurry, all I have is my iPod.)

Basic step by step: remove battery cover, cut a sheet of wrap about 1/2" larger on each side. Wipe battery cover with lens cleaning cloth or microfiber cloth, clean with rubbing alcohol, dry. The easiest way to apply it is probably to put the vinyl sticky side up then put the battery cover on it, and line it up with the grid on the back of the vinyl. (I did it the other way and it's slightly crooked.) then just use a squeegee of some sort to flatten it out. Rough cut around the cover. Use a hairdryer on low to curve around the corners, just heat a bit, then stretch it around the corners. Now you can make your final cut around around the cover and cut out the camera hole and speakers.

Took me about 20 mins. This is the sheet I bought, these do have a textured feel. Also available in matte and other colors. There's also 3M Scotchprint 1080 which is newer and supposedly thinner. The Di noc does add a bit of an edge that you can feel around the back, but not too much and I like it.

I bought these, and I don't even notice it on my phone.

I read the forums and many recommended SAMSUNG brand SD cards over Sandisk - due to the errors you're reading about right on this thread.

Look, I don't have time to explain it to you but in a nutshell it is the mat that determines the speed at which your phone charges, not just the coil in the phone. Therefore if you have a 5v 2Amp charger attached to your mat, it will use that (assuming it's rated for that). In the case of this mat, it outputs 5v 1.5Amp no matter how high of amperage you plug it to. The phone receives this equally at 5v/1.5Amp because it has the same number of coils as the mat.

Look up transformers, induction coils, microwaves and magnetic resonance and you should find the information you need to fully understand what is going on.

This should get you started.
