The Knotty Boys website has a lot of great tutorials in their "downloads" section. The books are alright, too.
I haven't gotten them yet, myself, but from all the rave reviews that come through the community it seems like your best bet is the books on this website.
Also, ALWAYS have a pair of safety shears (There's even a pink pair, if you like. ;P) handy when playing with rope. There are no excuses not to have a pair of these. You can find them locally at drug stores, usually, too.

Midori is really fun, if you ever get a chance to catch one of her lectures it's worth it even if you don't get into shibari.
Is it any good? I've been wanting to read that ever since I read The Physics of Superheroes
