Correct I eat zero lactose no cheese no Cheetos no chocolate. Anything that has milk at all I don’t eat it. I could talk about this for hours. But if you’re truly interested here’s the book we wrote. The life changing benefits are undeniable and hopefully soon we can get the theory tested and proven. Everyone that does this fully has seen a 100% success rate. So what is happening is that the hot water is causing steam to rise creating the slightest 'vacuum' in your shower. The further you point the shower head away from the curtain, the further the curtain comes into shower.

You can do two things. One, angle the shower head closer to the curtain, itll help push the curtain away and will somewhat level it out. Or buy a curved shower rod.

You can get an inexpensive one like this or the more expensive alternative that rotates to free up space when not in use.

Magnesium has been a game changer for me.

A tsp of magnesium powder in an 8 oz glass of warm water, and not only do I sleep better, but my dreams are intensely vivid.

Like switching from a 14" b&w TV to a 65" 4k ultra HD TV.

sheet clips help , like these: https://www.amazon.com/Original-Sheet-Suspenders-fasteners-Adjustable/dp/B00451BG2G there are much cheaper ones, these are just the 1st google result

my husband sleeps like he's on a rotisserie; the clips ensure he doesn't become a burrito

I take a small spoonful of Natural Calm mixed in water before about a half an hour before I go to bed. It really does calm your body down and let you go to sleep. http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Vitality-Calm-Raspberry-Lemon/dp/B00BPUY3W0 I have got a lot of people to take it and they all say it has helped them get a better night sleep.

Either buy garters on Amazon (been using something like these for 10 years) or if you're handy with a thread and needle, sew an elastic band across the corners of your fitted sheets.

The only way to keep the middle of the sheet from wrinkling is having it fit perfectly and not move while you toss and turn.

Here's another good one on Amazon, I have it, works well. Simple, but effective.

Yea these always did the job for me. Just be sure to to release them a good distance from your house so they can't find their way back in.

It is one of these. I have them on S&S for this very purpose. Also works great for cleaning grout in the bathroom or on floors.

There are lots of light treadmills that can handle 220lb max user weight, for example this one(weight: 54 pounds, max user weight 265 pounds) or this one(weight 61 pounds, max user weight 220 pounds).

Though if you want something even lighter that can provide an intense workout you might also want to consider a climber like this.

I tried this and didn't like the finished product. The fit was okay, but they didn't end up sealing nearly as well as my shure se215's

Same goes for making hard plastic molds-- I tried Instamorph.

Mead makes reinforced filler paper. I thought it was worth it; much less of a hassle than many other options.

Or you could just buy a cheap desktop cellphone stand for the same price as a Koozy, most dollar stores have them, even Wal-Mart generally sells them. Here's one on Amazon for under $3 CDN, which could be even cheaper in the US.

They make a USB hardware "mouse jiggler". I guess someone could look and see that another mouse driver is operating but I don't think that would throw a flag.

Helicopter tape or tenacious tape. I use this stuff everywhere I can. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000O6BQMG

No it's not an acquired skill there's plenty of good sharpeners out there all you do is stick the knife into it and pull back. Like these I'm a cook and we have things like those in our kitchens to sharpen our knives in-between shifts with no problem. For a home cook it would more than likely last them a life time. For a pro cook just keeps the blade maintained.

You son of a bitch, you just made me buy two fucking DOZEN tubes of M&M minis.

I have no self control.

Nice tip.

u/voneahhh · 12 pointsr/lifehacks

Another lifehack since people are worried they won't have a large baking sheet or anything to cover the fire with.

Buy a damn fire extinguisher to keep around the house; they're $20.
