Thank you! I love sharing how I did things! The cast was OK (no bubbles, the claws were a little jagged). It's a breeze to assemble (no pinning required), but there were some noticeable gaps after assembly. These were easily-filled with Vallejo plastic putty, which I find easier than liquid green stuff:

For Contrast Paints, I found these tables really helpful: http://imgur.com/gallery/mb5jHNg
I undercoated the model with Wraithbone Spray. The green scales were done with Militarum Green, the bottom half of the model and any bone bits were painted with Skeleton Horde. I went back over the bone areas and applied Snakebite Leather in the recesses to help them stand out. The tongue and gums were done with Volupus Pink. The blue areas were done with Akhelian Green! The base was done with Basilicanum Grey and Gor-Grunta Fur. I went back over the metal bits with watered-down Skrag Brown in the recesses to simulate corrosion.
A lot of people buy plastic grid sheets (eg. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DEGKMO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and then cut ladders out of them. It's relatively easy to do with clippers, and if you want greater thickness you can just glue a few together.
IT's a nice (and fairly cheap/quick) way to get ladders of the perfect size.
That sucks. You may be able to just cut the tops off and transfer them to dropper bottles. I transferred all my Citadel paint to dropper bottles and did the same with the few P3 paints that I own. Used these dropper bottles from amazon. No funnels or pipettes were used as I wanted to conserve paint best I could so it was just a steady hand. I transferred as much as I could without thinning and then used 10-15 drops of airbrush thinner and 10-15 drops of flow improver to get the most I could from the pots.
Mayday card sleeves are the closest size to Necro cards I could find. Pictured with a similarly sized Blood Bowl card

If anyone else decides to get them, buy the 50 pack. The plastic sleeves in the 100 pack are as thin as shrink wrap.

So I used this amazon link, Rustoleum Satin Primer+Paint on some spare MDF sprue and so far so good, it didn’t clog up the laser etchings which was my main concern. I’m going to test it with GW paints tonight, I’ll let you know how it goes. I’m thinking I might need 2 light coats of the rustoleum though, the MDF is really thirsty
