An electric roaster oven. Kind of like a crock pot/slow cooker, but much larger and without quite as tight of a seal. Link. Last pork butt I smoked, I made four 10-lb. roasts, 6 hours on the smoker and 6 hours in the Nesco. Best batch I’ve ever made.

IMO, once you try brown sauce on smoked bacon, nothing else compares. A bread bun, lightly salted butter, an egg that is still slightly runny, two rashers of grilled, crispy smoked bacon. Perfect cure for a hangover!

Get one of those little brushes with the black bristles that comes with an electric razor. They're designed to not hold onto little particles like hairs, or in this case, bud and kief. 100% better than a tooth brush. Gets into all the corners and between the teeth of the grinder so much better than a tooth brush.

Pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
Traditionally, a jigger is 1.5 ounces, and a shot is 1 ounce.
Nowadays, most bar jiggers will be 1oz/2oz, though.
