Thank you
There are perfect type sleeves that you can use instaed of paint. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072LYJVZT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_qUDvCb1Z57JP3
Ok, thanks for that advise. I looked at some Amazon reviews for KMC sleeves, and some mention quality degraded lately (https://www.amazon.com/KMC-Sleeves-80-Pack-Standard-Pokemon/dp/B00CJ7415M/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1523195800&sr=8-2&keywords=kmc+sleeves). Have you experienced that?
Unopened sets of Collector's Edition go for $2000+, and opened sets go for not much less than that (check eBay's Sold listings). There's no group "trying to pump artificially the prices now and praying for a kid to buy it later." Disparage CE cards all you want, but know that they were printed in '93 by WotC at Carte Mundi, using the same printing process and physical printing plates as Beta. Better than proxies in my book...
There are some very compelling arguments for including CE in the various eternal formats:

http://www.starcitygames.com/php/news/print.php?Article=17339
And for the record, CE was printed based on collector (not player) demand. Price was not a factor in the printing of the set (see https://www.amazon.com/Collectors-History-Magic-Gathering/dp/1492229407/ref=la_B00J6MII8Y_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1473043996&sr=1-1)
>To level the power is better to allow only 4 or 5 cards from the restricted list.
Seriously ?.
