Im not sure about fixing it, but there are cheap solutions. These things are usually pretty cheap, so the built in ones don't usually work very well. This is a [USB Bluetooth adapter] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009ZIILLI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_IA6EAbRXS8BC2). This should work with the USB 2.0 ports (if you don't know what that is there a diagram on the Amazon page describing the difference between 2.0 and 3.0) its a really good cheap solution. If you want something more expensive, robust, or integrated with the computer, you can get a [pci express WiFi and Bluetooth adapter] (https://m.newegg.com/products/9SIADMA6PJ9673?ignorebbr=true&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-Mobile&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-Mobile-_-pla-_-Accessories+-+Controller+cards+Add-on+cards+Ect-_-9SIADMA6PJ9673&gclid=CjwKCAiA5OrTBRBlEiwAXXhT6PHVh-zsxy6DehfXXqUbfYiNG1dR8oxkR9aHE_7-JabYYPkcwIlO-xoCbzgQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds). As is with this one, most Bluetooth cards that are pci express are a WiFi card that comes with Bluetooth. No garuntee that it's a higher quality (I assume it is). You can find these by searching "pci express Bluetooth". I would only suggest getting this if either you have installed these things before or if someone you know is willing to help you, but it's just like installing a graphics card, but usually without the power cables. There's nothing wrong with the dongle though

Hey MrSpazomo! Thanks for the reply and things to check! I did try to provide as much information as possible at the time :) I'll answer as many as I can now, and will come back to you on the cabling.

----

  1. I would want to believe that I did, but I can't be certain. I'll come back to you on this one. Where would it be, out of curiosity, or would it be obvious?

  2. I ordered this ARCTIC MX-2 Paste and used it, perhaps I should try cleaning and re-applying it (if I can find it again...)

  3. Is there any recommended Cooler I should look into for this Chip?

  4. I have Bitdefender Total Security installed, but I don't have Malwarebytes. I'll install it and see what it finds.

  5. I'm almost certain I made sure they were all secured & tight, but I'll check again as you can never be too sure.

  6. I did tighten it quite a bit, perhaps this is my issue. When I re-apply the paste I'll try leaving a bit looser.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out!

im not the best these types of things but this is from my knowledge.

the problem is the graphics card, as you said you have a 'NVIDIA 620 Graphics Card' which is a GT card and is old and quite bad card... i would recommend buy a new card of the GTX variety, it depends on how much you are willing to spend on a new GPU but as you said ' I purchased Farcry 3, and I can barely run it on the lowest resolution and low graphics ' if you want to play FARCRY 3, i would recommend a GTX 650 which will allow you to run the game at about Min-16 Max-29 Average-23 ( taken from a GTX 650 test video on FC3 ) if you want maybe a better FPS / GPU then i would go for any higher graphics card like a GTX 660 (i previously had the GTX 660 TI SC) , GTX 670, GTX 680 (currently have GTX 680 SC) etc

i hope this helped and i understand that it was a easy 'get a better GPU' answer but since you said you dont know much, i wanted you to know why you need a new graphics card

I played Wow a lot back in the day, and I can state something that was accurate then. Nvidia cards suck with Wow. I had a card twice as good as the recommend, and I couldn't top 30 fps on min settings.

This was one of the reasons I switched to Radeon cards, and have never gone back. I'm not sure if these issues were solved, but by the looks of your question they aren't.

By comparison, when I went back to Wow for a few months last year (my brother suckered me back in for a bit), my current card a Radeon HD 7770 Ghz edition made by Diamond was netting me well over 100 fps in cities and 140 in the world, on high settings.

I locked the framerate at 60 (to avoid screen tearing), and pumped everything up to max and never saw a drop off at all.

This is the card I have by the way: http://www.amazon.com/Diamond-Multimedia-Radeon-Edition-Graphics/dp/B007FPITV0

You should be able to use the key that is on the computer sticker. You may have to order an OEM Windows 10 install disc from Dell though, in order to use it, unless one came with your system. (I believe the Win 10 Dell Discs are Purple.)

Another option is to clone your original drive to the SSD before swapping them. (Backup personal files, uninstall programs, etc to an external or USB drive if you need make the image smaller. If the SSD is smaller than the OEM drive.) Also, being a laptop, you may need to purchase a SATA to USB adapter in order to hook up your new SSD while the original hard drive is still in the PC.

Use a powerline Ethernet adapter, then. Those things rock and come in a ton of different varieties. They are on the expensive side(for a really good one), but are way cheaper/easier than running cat 5 through the walls.

Your local hardware store will have them (or Home Depot/Lowes). Bring one of yours with you, so that you can match the threads and size.

If not, then Amazon has everything :)

Yes, this will work in your specific port (DVI-I). You can ship it from Canada here.

That looks like just the Empty bays not the HDD cage for the removable drive bay,

Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002GRQT0/
