Well, there are a lot of potential dangers to creating kittens with greater brainpower than we could imagine. It's essentially a superintelligent AI problem: it's tricky to create conditions that would allow us to create something more powerful than ourselves without running into a large host of problems where the AI wouldn't slip into a mode that isn't value-alligned with us. Maybe with the right types of check-boxes, it could be done, though this runs into a second problem:

I'm not at all sure that you can create superintelligent kittens and be at all sure that you can still call them kittens. Any noun is an idea with other ideas attached to them, and if you change any of those defining ideas enough, language, or human convention, tends to call that original noun by a different name.

If the superintelligent kittens would rightly be called something other than kittens, I suspect there would be no checkboxes that would point to them, or allow them to be designed or created.

Further, there are always ethical dilemmas that surround intelligent species, and the willy-nilly creation of them, especially with the intent of placing them into service, especially if doing so would cause them to suffer.

1. Spend around $100 on Dasani bottled water, which for me would equate to around 100 liters. (On Amazon, the price it says for me is $2.70 after shipping, and there is around 2.72 liters of water in those 8 bottles in total, so around 1 dollar per liter)
   
2. Wear the water like armor around your body (Since you can manipulate water, you could probably also make the water stay frozen in place, making it basically indestructible)
   
3. Wear the armor around you until you can do it in your sleep
   
4. Manipulate all the Dasani bottled water in the world (There's probably at least a good million liters in the world, since as long as the water has been through a Dasani manufacturing plant before, it counts as being "From Dasani bottle water")
   
5. Take over the world with your 1 million liters of water
   
6. Threaten countries into funding Dasani bottled water, else they be destroyed
   
7. Fix world problems like ocean pollution, global warming (You can fix global warming cus you can just cool the water down), global dehydration, droughts, etc.
   
8. Take money from countries that are dedicated towards war, and put it towards funding for medical research and research into immortality (People don't need armies anymore since you can forcefully create world peace)
   
9. Assist humanitarian efforts, help keep ecosystems in balance, help advance technology, and create infinite energy
   
10. Eventually convert every drop of water on Earth into Dasani bottled water
    
11. Eventually become immortal
    
12. Rule the world forever

Some of the AA Eneloop NiMH batteries come with AA-to-D adapters. Actually, D is listed in the sidebar of r/AAMasterRace because devices that support D batteries are also AA-compatible devices.
