I've got this one, it definitely helps for longer playthroughs. Also helps to demo VR to people without them running into boundaries.

Changing your floor space won't affect tracking, as long as you are in view of the sensors you're good.

I stuck them up with two medium size 3M Command strips each instead of drilling in my rental. They've been rock solid since August, so I can recommend this method!

One more thing. I'm assuming you're playing standing up, in which case check this out, too:

You will want the one with the shoulder pads. The weight things are adjustable, so you can start low and work yourself up.
