ah yikes. good luck on that!

here is some more rando advice im just gonna throw out in case you decide to fix it yourself:

if the harness turns out to be all one big piece, i.e. no connector to cleanly disconnect the door wiring, then I would do the following to fix this:

inside the car cabin, photograph, and then carefully chop the wire bundle that is going into the door grommet. Then take off the door card and pull the now-cut wires out through the door side.

from here, u would inspect the crushed/pinched wires and assess how far the damage goes down the wire. I would chop the wires on the door side down short enough to totally remove any damage

to reconstruct the wire length I would use fresh wire, it is important to use all-copper wire, most cheap stuff that doesnt specifically say is copper-plated aluminum. i get "vehicle wire" from mcmaster carr in the appropriate sizes, that stuff is great.

solder a couple of feet onto each wire - i either use different colored wire or label each end with a labelmaker, or just take a pic with a phone for reference.

once you heat shrink the solder joints, then use adhesive lined heat shrink and PET wire braid especially along the section of the wire that will go into the door grommet. this protects the wire bundle from physical damage a bit.

basically from inside the cabin you lengthen the wires, then cover your new lengthened wires with that braid, put that whole thing through the grommet, then chop down, attach to door card wires, and heat shrink/cleanup as necessary
