>Show me one dongle that does charging and headphone jack listening at the same time

Well the first one i sent has a 4.7 rating with 56 ratings. the 2nd has 4.7 with 337 ratings so your first statement saying "none of them actually work" is completely false. Your task was to find a dongle that charges and allows headphone jack, which I provided. You did not mention anything about fast charging. Even still, your original comment says you fly a lot and you to use your powerbank and headphone jack at the same time, don't really know why fast charging would be absolutely necessary in this situation but as u/eera5607 stated this allows 3A, most fast chargers only require 2A. Just admit you were wrong, buddy.

The Oneplus 6T doesn't have a built in DAC. The Essential Phone also doesn't have a built in DAC.

This adapter works with the Essential Phone. Theoretically, it should work with the 6T as well.

This one says it is compatible with fast charging 3A

This one works for my Pixel 2XL and claims to work with the 3:

This is the XDA post I found it from. OP is the guy that designed the adapter, and you can see in the thread he's actually been working with people to work out any bugs they may have. I just got mine today and it works great with just headphones. I'll try the charging while playing part today when I leave work and can report back (I don't have a C cable with me to test with). I thought it was cool to have someone working directly with the Essential forum to make sure his product worked so I figured I would give it a shot.

Yeah, usb-c audio really needs to be standardized. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the one I bought when I had the RP1. Works with my RP2 too. Did you buy a really cheap one that looks like a normal splitter?

In theory, as far as I'm aware, there's no technical reason that you couldn't get a bluetooth receiver for your computer and then pair it to your computer, as long as you're OK with the sound card basically being unavailable for the computer's sounds, depending on the architecture of the sound card (might only allow for a certain number of inputs, and bluetooth might take one up).

The problem is more going to be finding something that actually does it; most USB dongles are going to be a transmitter and most apps to interface with them are going to be made to transmit audio rather than receive it, generally speaking.

It'd also probably be more time-consuming than getting something that will allow you to both charge and use headphones with a 3.5mm jack.

This is what I've been using for the last few months.
