Yeah, you need a capture card though, this is the one I have, which has since been reduced by £50. Plugs into a spare PCI express port on your motherboard. Only thing it won't pick up is a PS3 due to it having copyright protection.

You could get a slightly faster Intel Core i5-2380P for the same price. It lacks the integrated graphics but that shouldn't be a concern.
If you're going to get a Micro ATX case, I would get a Micro ATX board like this one. I would try to get a H77 board at that point such as this one as you get SATA 6Gbps and USB3
