Certain companies make oversized sleeves that go over a traditional sleeve. You might be able to use a card art sleeve as the inner sleeve. People pick em up especially if they go to the effort of getting custom sleeves from somewhere like Inked.
It does add bulk to the deck.

I have used the KMC oversleeves, before. They work well. You can find them by searching for Character Guard sleeves. Here is an amazon link. There are different border styles avaialble (or no border). You will usually need two packs to sleeve a full constructed deck. For some reason, they are only sold by KMC in 60 ct.

I use Inked sleeves, and the printing method doesn't lend itself well to "bare" shuffling so they recommend using oversleeves to increase their longevity.
