I have that, and can only recommend it. The free app that comes with it, is really nice for log keeping.
At the pistol range I've been a hero recently, because the IPSC shooters have been able to test their ammo and get an idea of thier power factor.
I got the deluxe set, and it is quite nice. The tripod is rather cheap, but gets the job done.

The light set that comes with it, makes it possible to use the chronograph indoors.
If you get a chronograph, be aware that it needs to be able to see the sky (or you have to use the light set).
This Caldwell Ballistic Precision kit fits your requirements, and is the one I use myself - it has the advantage of coming with everything you'll need all in one package (except for a 9v battery, you will have to supply those yourself).

I recently picked up a Caldwell one, if you want to spring for extra QoL pieces this kit is nice.
