You could always look for pluck and pick foam cases which are fairly cheap on Amazon and come in a variety of sizes. Larger ones gives you options for pulling out more of the grid for future expansion.
I use this one for my recorder. Not something I'd toss around on the road Night after night, but it's inexpensive and fairly decent quality.
I picked up one of these Casematix cases ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0170RIRVY ) to store/transport my RaspiBoy and it works great. The foam insert is customizable so I was able to create a proper space for the handheld as well as a spot for the charger. They make larger sizes than the one I bought, you should be able to find one that'd fit your needs (though maybe not including the CIB games. Maybe pick up a Mega Everdrive for gaming-on-the-go?) The case reminds me of the old VHS rental cases (though much smaller, of course), which makes me smile with nostalgia.
I .... bought an orthodox (and then an Iris) because of this. :)
That said, a pelican case or the like would work for this.
Or... somebody linked this a while ago: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0170RIRVY/
I’ve got all 9 stuffed into this puppy. Looks like it’s not for sale now?
Pics are here. I’ve got a little room at the front for cables and such too.
Edit to fix link.
Let's see,

All that said, my setup time is not super quick but I can take quite a lot with me and it's just lugging around a backpack.
I was consistently disappointed by the rather expensive hardcases for the OP-1 that didn't look like they would protect my $950 investment properly.. So I did some searching on Amazon and found this lil diddly for a mere $25! Fits like a glove and is still compact enough to put in my backpack.

I don't think anyone makes a case specifically for portable dives. You could get a case like this and cut the foam to your liking.
