I use "flushable wet wipes" like these. At target they have them in the travel area in little packs of 10. They were a god send on road trips & camping trips. They would be easy to keep in a purse for when the occasion rises, big help with the period poops too!
My life got a LOT better when I found out I could buy a travel pack of wet wipes that fits in my purse. Size of a checkbook:

Buy this, you will not regret it
Last year I just assumed they were closed until I saw some girl walking out of them. Sure enough, they were unlocked and a glorious alternative to the horrible porta-potties. Someone might have popped the lock, but I was not about to complain.
Note (especially to girls): bring a travel pouch of disposable wipes like these. They take up little room in your bag and by the end of the weekend the toilet paper in the porta-potties is either non-existent or soaked in piss.
