I chatted with the guy that sells it on facebook. Nice guy, very helpful, would buy again. Took maybe 45min to get it on.
This is the tape I used and here's a couple pictures I took after putting it on.
I can't say how bright it is when lit with a car's headlights because, well, I'm on top of it when it's out in traffic. But with a camera flash, it's pretty bright. And I even see the interior lights reflecting when I open the door into the garage.
