Of those the third because 1x drivetrains are magic (okay not really,) especially for someone in Florida, but tbh they all appear to have coil sprung forks which is a bit... bleh.
You're buying Diamondback because of an employee discount right? If being on a woman's bike doesn't bother you and/or you aren't over six feet tall the Rely Trail might be worth checking out. Admittedly the component list is a bit of all three of those combined , but it's tubeless ready, has a one-by drivetrain, and most importantly, an air fork with slightly beefier stanchions. The 27.5 plus wheelset will also be the most forgiving - it's a great combination for hardtails with the larger air volume acting somewhat like a little mini suspension. Geometry is a little slacker/aggressive compared to the other options which means it'll be a little more confident on the descents, but a 68 degree head angle is still reasonable.
