Hey there! I gotta say this case works magic for this figure, really fits it's status (here is the Amazon link to it)[https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003QT1MCM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1] it can seem pretty flimsy at first. It's just plastic after all, I even had to trim mine down a little for it to fit under my shelf and stuff, but I feel like for Mego it'll be perfectly fine. Hope I helped!
I second the shadow box frame idea, but there are also doll display cases too.
How tall is it? if it's 11" or less you could try this, taller would be something like this
