STEEL TARGETS
I'm looking for some good and cheap steal targets for .22lr to plink at, maybe out to 150 yards. I've owned a lot of cheap [crappy] (http://www.amazon.com/Do-All-Outdoors-22-Spinner-Target/dp/B000FDTQFW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1396871983&sr=8-2&keywords=.22+steel+target) targets but over time pounding them in to hard ground, or just hitting the struts because of wind and rain and excuses... they've all fallen apart.
Any recommendations? Would I be better off tossing something together with rebar, a skillet and chain? I really don't want to spend a lot of money, but $20 over and over for the same crappy setup is no fun.
GUNSMITHING TOOLS
Any suggestions on a basic set of gunsmithing tools, just for basic repairs and punching pins? I had a bad experience using harbor freight stuff...
The clay pidgeons are great. Honestly I have some .22 spinner targets that are between $13 and $20 and they are great. Buy a can of white spray paint or flourescent green (or both), and repaint them real quick every 100 rounds.. I have a couple of these http://www.amazon.com/Do-All-Outdoors-22-Spinner-Target/dp/B000FDTQFW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1377890144&sr=8-1&keywords=spinner+target+.22
and a couple of these.

and a couple of these, that are rated for handgun. .22 doesnt give them any trouble!

Is there a somewhat durable spray paint? I picked up one of these cheap 22 spinners and after about 5 shots all the paint is gone and good luck seeing the bare steel on an overcast day.
