Definitely a good card. Pretty expensive though, but you get what you pay for with it.

Alternatively if /u/Tovric wants a cheaper 3 fan card, the Zotac AMP SPECTRA is a solid contender. Also, on sale it is one of the cheaper good 2080ti's.

I have this EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra which has ended up being powered by an Apevia Prestige Power 800w 80+ Gold power supply that was the generic power supply provided by a company who builds computers and I will be damned if it hasn't turned out to be a great pairing. The power supply, though an off brand, turns out to be well regarded by those in the know ( http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?16554-Apevia-Prestige-Power-800w-80-Gold-PSU&s=e3ef8d5ee1173a8e38416b63bea70f88 ) and I can't hear much if any coil whine even when running at high frame rates. I certainly can't hear the card over my 8 fans used to cool everything down which are running at slower speeds to limit noise. Power supply is also powering an i9 9900K.

So not sure if I was just lucky, but this combo works together well.

Guys, someone recommended me EVGA's FTW3 Ultra for the GPU - this is one of the most highly rated RTX 2080 Ti video cards on the market, but I'm torn between it and Asus' Strix OC. Keep in mind that the motherboard I selected is Gigabyte's Z390 Aorus Ultra. Any opinions?

As for the storage solution, they recommended the Samsung EVO 970 - this is definitely a top-of-the-line NVMe SSD. Should I get the Evo (the highly rated one) or Evo Plus (the supposedly faster AND 20$ cheaper one)?

More opinions on the other components I selected for this build (PSU, Case, etc.) are welcome. Please.
