Couple of controller questions. The official Nintendo switch Pro Controller is $10 off right now, but I have heard that the d-pad is crap. Is that true? Secondly is it safe to use the little USB charging stands for the joycons? I would like to get a second set of joycons, but I don't want to have to deal with them always being dead.

It's not an official one but it's the best option for my scenario and I have an official usb cable as well. Still worried though about what could happen

I was however concerned as i heard using third party products for charging can lead to systems being bricked and wanted to be sure it wasn't the case for this one as well as if it was good or not to use.
