It's a Ferplast cage like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ferplast-Milos-12-Large-Hamster-Cage/dp/B00SA5DLOE though we replaced the too-small wheel that came with it with a much larger one so she can run with a straight back.

I'll look into the potty training thing. I noticed this evening that one corner of the cage looks to be the new toilet (damp wood shavings in that corner) to perhaps we just need to provide a little encouragement.
