Thanks! I've heard that before, but I live in an apartment with a really really small freezer. So instead, I bought these ice sheets:

They are much easier to fit in my tiny freezer. Then I put them in a garbage bag so the buns don't chew through the sheets :)
I have this stuff that's like big bubble wrap thats filed with water. I freeze it and put it in the seat a minute before I leave the house. Then once I get there I put a towel on the seat then the ice thing.
