Just disable touch in the pi config.
Ds games are already available with Retropie thru Drastik, the only problem being a lot of the games require touch screens to be actually playable. This could probably be fixed hooking up a Raspberry pi touchscreen that uses a stylus like this: https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-320x480-Monitor-Raspbian-RetroPie/dp/B07N38B86S
but I haven't tried it myself yet.
